Assessment Task 1

1. Did Jodinel do something wrong?

Yes, she did it wrong because she did not respect the student's privacy who obtained a

valid login/password combination.

2. Who benefited from Jodinel's course of action?

For me, no one benefited from what jodinel did, not even herself. Because even though

she got a high grade, got a full scholarship, and entered a prestigious university, she still

did not do it right? It is against human law and God's law because it can also be

compared to stealing, where he took the valid login/password combination.

3. Who was hurt by Jodinel's course of action?

Yes, the student took a valid login/password combination because what if every time

she uses an account, the student charged because she does use the internet and printer.

Pity the student she took because a student was unaware that it had stolen it.

4. Did Jodinel have an unfair advantage over her high school classmate?

Yes, what Jodinel did to her high school classmates was unfair because her classmates

persevered to line up at their school's computer lab, while she did not bother to line up

because she took the valid login/password combination when a student. And she was
also unfair to this student because she did not even think about what would be bad for

it to the student she took.

5. Would any of your answers change if it turns out Jodinel did not win a

college scholarship after all and is now working at the Burger Barn?

I still can't change my answer because what she did was wrong. If she did not do that

and she did not enter the scholar, it is okay. At least her conscience is clear, and she has

no one to step on.

6. Are there better ways Jodinel could have accomplished her objectives?

Yes, there is another way for her to do a research project and get a high score. She can

look for a book if she really can't line up in their school's computer lab because she

already has a job. Through books, she can do a research project and get high marks

because she is brilliant.
