O R D E R:
The Under Secretary, Examination-I A (I) Section, Union Public Service
Commission, New Delhi has informed that, the Union Public Service Commission has
proposed to conduct CIVIL SERVICES (PRELIMINARY) EXAMINATION, 2021
scheduled to be held on 10.10.2021 at Visakhapatnam Centre with a total strength of
“12166”.

The Commission has requested this office to appoint one Local Inspecting
Officer at each venue of the Centre in the Non Delhi Centers to ensure that the
Examination is conducted as per the procedures prescribed by the Commission. The
Local Inspecting Officer will oversee the arrangements on 09.10.2021 and actual
conduct of examination on 10.10.2021. It has to be seen and ensured by them that
Examination in the Venues assigned to them is conducted strictly as per the
procedure of the Commission.

Therefore, the following officials are hereby appointed as LOCAL INSPECTING

OFFICER to the venues noted below to ensure that, the above examination is
conducted as per the procedures and guidelines issued by the Commission.

on 09.10.2021 at 11.00 AM in Meeting Hall, Collector’s Office, Visakhapatnam and
the Local Inspecting officer should also visit the venues on 10.10.2021 and submit
report in the prescribed proforma and also obtain ANNEXURE- 21 / 25 (deployment
of Low powered Jammers) from the venue after completion of the exam.
