MOTOROLA DYNATAC 8000X - 1983


DynaTAC is a series of cellular telephones manufactured by Motorola, Inc. The Motorola
DynaTAC 8000X commercial portable cellular phone received approval from the U.S. FCC on
September 21, 1983- 1994 DynaTAC was an abbreviation of "Dynamic Adaptive Total Area
Coverage.

MOTOROLA MICROTAC 9800X – 1989


The MicroTAC, released by Motorola on April 25, 1989, was the smallest and
lightest phone available at the time.

NOKIA 1011 – 1992


The Nokia 1011 is the first mass-produced GSM phone.

NOKIA 9000 COMMUNICATOR – 1996


The Nokia 9000 Communicator was the first product in Nokia's Communicator series,
announced at CeBIT 1996.

NOKIA 9110I – 1998


The Nokia 9110 Communicator is the updated model of the Nokia 9000 Communicator in
the Communicator series. Its biggest change from the 9000 is that it weighs much less.

The W233 Renew is a mobile phone, targeting the green market, designed and released in 2009
by Motorola. claims it is the world’s first mobile phone made using post-consumer recycled
plastic; in this recycled water bottles. The W233 is also claimed as the world’s first carbon
neutral phone.
