    AFFIDAVIT OF REAPPEARANCE OF AN ABSENTEE SPOUSE

    I, DANDY WILSON, of legal age, married, and with address at San


    Vicente Purok 7, Castilla Sorsogon, under oath, state:

    1. That I am a seaman, proof of my identity attached


    herewith as Annex “A”, with contracts enroute between
    Somali and England.
    2. That I married my highschool sweetheart Solenn Amores
    on January 2, 2015 at Mt. Carmel Parish Church, attached
    herewith as Annex “B”
    3. That my wife, Solenn, and I lived together at our family
    home located at Lot 2, Blk 15, Lady Iza Mountainview
    Subdivision, Sorsogon.
    4. That sometime April 2016, while on board vessel Marina
    enroute to Somali, my crew and I were attacked by Somali
    pirates as shown here and attached as Annex “C”.
    5. That I was held captive for a period of time before being
    thrown off board and I luckily drifted to an isolated island
    where I was able to recuperate and to my dismay I was only
    rescued on July 25, 2021 by a fishing boat. Attached
    herewith as Annex “D” is a newsclipping of my rescue.
    6. That when I returned home to my family, I was terribly
    caught off guard that my wife had already filed a petition that
    declared me to be judicially dead on May 15, 2020 and the
    said petition was granted on December 13, 2020.
    7. That my wife Solenn, contracted a second marriage with
    my childhood bestfriend Karlo Vavez on December 25, 2020,
    there marriage was registered in the Civil Registry of the City
    of Sorsogon.
    8. THAT I am executing this Affidavit to attest to the truth of
    the foregoing facts and to use the same to submit to the civil
    registry at Sorsogon City as proof of my existence and
    reappearance.
    IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I hereunto affix my signature this 21st of
    September 2021 at Sorsogon City.

    affiant, personally appeared and exhibited his ID indicated below
    his name as competent proof of identity, and who is personally
    known to me and known to be the same person who executed the
    foregoing AFFIDAVIT OF OF REAPPEARANCE OF AN
    ABSENTEE SPOUSE and he acknowledged to me that, under
    penalty of law, the allegations contained therein are all true and
    correct of his own personal knowledge and based on authentic
    records; and that the same is his free act and voluntary deed.
