1. I am a responsible adolescent that already overcomes the challenges I have
experienced. I am now at the stage wherein I can handle my emotions and rational
thinking. I am happy and proud that I did not suffer from mental health.

What I have learned
Recall
 I have learned that Adolescence is defined as the period between the normal
onset of puberty and the beginning of adulthood.
 I have learned how to overcome challenges while in the adolescence stage
 I learned about myself as a whole because it explains that some of my
experiences in my body are normal.
Summarize
 Adolescence is the period wherein we started to experience changes in our
body, emotional and mental health in preparing from puberty to adulthood.

Connect
 As I am continuing to live, I am also continuing my life journey from adolescence
into adulthood wherein I can now handle myself and be independent when I find a
good and high payable jobs. This stages I expect a lot of challenges, but I will
look for a way like BDO we find ways to overcome all of it.

Promise to me
I promise that I will overcome challenges and will act as a responsible child. I will be
actively participating to the programs of the LGU so that I will be a good role model to the
younger children I todays generation.
