B) I have read the clauses contained in Public Procurement (Preference to Make in India)
Order - 2077, issued by DPIIT, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Govt. of India vide
letter no. P-45O2L/2/2017 -PP (BE-II), dtd.: 16.09.2020 & 04.03.2021 (as amended)
regarding purchase preference for local manufactured items in public procurement and
certify that all the items/ services offered, meet the minimum local content reouirement
so as to claim as Class-I Local Supplier / Class-II Local supplier.
Also certifv that the services such as Transportation, Insurance, Installation,
Commissioning, training and after sales service support like AMC/CMC etd. are not
included in the local content as specified above.

(The above Certificate should be furnished on Firm's Letter Head and duly
signed by Manaqinq Director of the firm when turn over value of the Firm is
below Rs. 10 Crore. If it exceeds Rs. 10 Crore, the above certificate is to be
rendered by Statutorv Auditor/ Cost Auditor)
