    After discussing, it is mutually agreed by both parties to sign the commercial contract
    with terms and conditions as following:
    1/ Commodity – Quantity – Quality – Price
    - Commodity: Giant tiger prawns (Penaeus monodon)
    - Quantity: 15 000 kilograms ± 5% (at seller’s option)
    - Quality: Export Standard of Vietnam 2064-77
    1. Price: 5 USD/ Kg. CFR Larvik, Incoterms 2020.
    - Total value: 75 000 USD
    - Say total: Seventy - five thousand-United States Dollar

    2/ Specifications Packing:
    - Export standard packing by carton, 1500 cartons.
    3/ Payment – Documents Required:
    - Payment by TTR at account of ABC SEAFOOD EXPORT Co. Ltd before stuffing
    cargoes.

    4/ Delivery:
    - ETA (at Larvik Port): From 04th Aug 2020 to 10th Aug 2020.
    - Loading port: Catlai port, VietNam.
    - Discharging port: Larvik port, Norway.

    5/ Arbitration:
    Any dispute arising from the contract shall be setled satisfactorily by both parties. If the
    contracting parties cannot reach an amicable settlement of any claim dispute concerning
    this contract, it will be settle by Vietnam International Arbitration Center beside Vietnam
    Chamber of Commerce in Ho Chi Minh City and settled in accordance with the rules of
    this center for final settlement and binding upon both parties.
    6/ Common Terms:
    This contract comes into effect from signing date to August 31, 2020.
    Any amendment and/or additional clause to these conditions shall be valid only if made in
    writing and duly confirmed by the two parties.
    This contract is made 4 sets originals with 2 sets by English and 2 sets by Vietnamese,
    each party keep 2 sets of English and Vietnamese with the same validity.
    After 10 days from uneffected day, if two parties have no any dispute, this contract is
    become liquidation.
