Level
To increase management component in a project team environment, this course will equip learners
with general project management skills to help her/him to deal with problems in any field of work.
Learners will also gain practical experience of using project management techniques in managing

The course PM provides fundamental knowledge and skills of project management such as analyzing and selecting alternatives,
planning, scheduling, monitoring, and controlling a project. Varied approaches which are used to deal with problems rising in the
progress of a project are also mentioned.

❖ Course Guide
The course’s material will be uploaded to the BK E-learning website weekly. Students are required to print the
document prior to the class and bring it when they join the course. During class, learners mainly hear lectures,
ask questions and actively participate in discussions.
Beside the lecture notes and further reading books, learners should themselves study domestic and foreign
materials, and the practices of business enterprises relating to the topics of this course. In-charge lecturer will
spend 3 hours per week after class for students' queries. The specific time and venue will be announced at the
beginning of each new course.
Students must be aware of the due date of their assignment submission. Any late submission is permitted
without approval from the in-charge lecture. Final score of late submission will be degraded 2 marks for each
day that student submits late.
