 1. BACKGROUND

Global star construction company is newly developed construction company on road, building
and hydropower sector. The company intends to develop the various government and private
sectors projects. In the modern construction industry, with advancement and application of new
technology the company seeks for whole national building movement. Our mission is to upgrade
national economy through the proper development of various infrastructures required to our
country. With strict discipline, we wanted to develop an adequate business plan to define our
goal.

2. INTRODUCTION

GSC delivers world-class engineering & construction services. We are moving towards leading
pioneers in the Nepalese infrastructure industry. Continuing our legacy of innovation, we
achieve new milestones with every endeavor. GSC is responsible for landmark projects that
have defined the country's progress. Surging ahead with presence in multiple sectors and
involvement in revolutionary projects, we are going to creating opportunities for everyone.

3. PHILOSOPHY

We are seeking for medium size construction projects in Hydropower, Building and Highway
sector by tacking full responsibility of construction and management. GSC could takes on the
role of main contractor on small to medium size projects and performs project management
services with design inputs and engineering solutions to our clients. Our objective is to provide
our client “I am assured” experience when we are chosen to execute their projects. In general,
our project management and execution philosophy are:

o To create detail schedule and resources plan to meet client’s objectives.

o Communicate clearly with all Project stakeholders.
o Track project progress and make deviations if necessary.
o Supervise closely for quality control works.
o Complete and commission the project on time.
