In business, your key partners are the
relationships that your business has with
other businesses to ensure your business
model will be successful. The most
obvious key partnerships are related to
your supply chain.

We built an app that will help the economically weaker section of


society to gain knowledge. Our app basically connects different NGOs
with each other and also it is acquiring donors (who want to help, not
only in terms of finance but in any way) and takes them under one
roof. So, our key partners are different NGOs and also a common man
who wants to contribute something to someone’s life, and they all are
our key suppliers also.

In this platform(our pankh app) they all are free to supply anything that
they want or what someone needs. They can also feed us with money
and help us to move forward. Our partners will be coming from the
middle class also so if they can’t help someones with activities like
donating money or giving some resources they do other activities like
teaching students, becoming a mentor of someone, and as we saw in
this pandemic lot’s of people and families are affected by corona and
they all needs the medicines or food but they can’t go outside because

they have infected by Covid so if someone request for food or
medicine with paying cost also and you only helped them to deliver
goods with following proper sop’s or rules, you also a key partner of
us, etc.

Influencers, payment gateway, maps, government, etc.

Key Activities

We built an app for connecting different NGOs with each other and
also it is acquiring donors (who want to help, not only in terms of
finance but in any way) and takes them under one roof. So for
maintaining this app our main key activities are -

● Verifying the individual and their request


● Updating the app regularly
● Creating it’s more user friendly
● Showing needs to the relevant donors and NGOs
● Monitoring each process
● Check regularly that there is no scam in any process
● Build trust with NGOs and individuals

● Give best Transferring of payment via the app (if there is
any need for payment transfer)
● Spreading awareness
● Conducting social media campaigns regularly
● Hiring best employers as per requirement

Financial Resources - For better development of the Application, For


spreading Awareness, Social Media, giving money to influencers(in
case they want money), hiring employers, etc.

Human Resources - Design, Logistic Partner, customer service,


influencers, etc.

Communication Resources - Persons which are capable of building


trust with a variety of companies, firms, and NGOs and able to speak
firmly in the interest of the people on behalf of our company.

Our customers are NGOs , donors and the needy people whom we
want to connect:-

● Improving the bond between the organization and its clients


● Adding features for efficient communication and implementing
measures to improve customer services.

● Strengthening the relationship with donors to enhance donor
engagement and donor retention.
● Showing the proposal to donors keeping in mind donor
requirements (priority area, geographic scope, funding volume,
formats etc.).
● Immediately acknowledge the donor for funding. This can be
done either through an email or a thank you card.
● Receiving the feedback from the donors and taking his/her
suggestions for improvisation.

Channels

● Spreading awareness about out app through cheap digital ads


● Making people aware of how online crowdfunding works to help
the needy
● Using Google Ads which are free for Non profit organizations like
ours to give our platform more reach.
● Encouraging people to spread awareness about our app by
sharing how they donated to the needy through out app

Revenue

Our main source of revenue will be donations or by doing tie ups with
ad platforms to show ads on our platforms and collaborating with
various organizations like bill and melinda gates organization . When
someone will donate through our platform we would ask him would
you like to support by adding a tip which may be 18% of the
contribution and he/she can increase or decrease it .
