Good day everyone, I am John Rick Navarro from BED 1A, today I will be doing my

review about the documentary video Biyaya ng Bulkan from the IWitness show of GMA.

in our world full of amazing things, we never notice that this world we are living on is a
true form of beauty. There are a lot of incredible and beautiful unheard places that we
can barely imagine. Some of us don’t even know that these types of places exist. the
town of rotorua is one example of these unheard phenomena.

Biyaya ng Bulkan is a documentary video narrated by Kara David of GMA on the I

Witness episode. Kara and her team took a trip and visited the place of New Zealand.
The main point of the trip is to visit the town of Rotorua. There she discovered the water
volcanoes consisted with geyzer or volcano steams. Kara had a conversation with the
tour guide, which then she discovered that the whole town is positioned on top of a
volcano, or in a sunken volcano. Rotorua had a park of hot boiling mud pools, which
they called the Hell’s Gate. The volcano had been their main resource from their
electricity with the help of geothermal system. The mud pools also served for body
treatments. Up until today, the hells gate of Rotorua is guarded by the Katiaki.

The most important lesson that I learned upon watching the video is that we need to
know how to value and use the blessings of the Almighty God. Like the Maoris, they
have used the volcano as their resources. The Hells Gate may look ugly and smell bad
but It is still indeed a blessing that God had given to the people of Roturia. I think that
life is full of unexpected blessings; we just need to find and appreciate these blessings.

Life is full of beautiful creations given to us by the Almighty God. All of the things that
exist in this world are all God’s creation. We just have to find a way to use It wisely.

Thank you
