LAND ALLOTMENT SCHEME SOP

STEP 1: (Identification & Issue of Notices)


i. The data shall be collected by the VRO and Village Surveyor and submit
the report to the Tahsildar.
ii. Before sending the proposal for approval or rejection, by the Tahsildar to
SDLC (As per GO 225), Tahsildar shall mandatorily check the 6 Step
validation in the provision given in ‘Navaratnalu-housesites.ap.gov.in’
website and take print of the result and attach to the proposal. The same
provision to cross check is also provided in the Sub Collector/RDO
Login of ‘Navaratnalu-housesites.ap.gov.in’.
iii. The Eligible beneficiaries list shall be submitted to Sub Collector / RDO
by the Tahsildar manually.
iv. RDO/Sub Collector shall conduct the Meeting of SDLAC. SDLAC shall
take decision against each proposal and fix the rate to be paid following
due procedure.
v. Based on the Minutes of Meeting/ recommendations of SDLAC the
Tahsildar shall prepare the Demand Notice specifying the amount to be
paid by each beneficiary as per the extent and basic value of Land
vi. The demand notices shall be prepared manually and signed by
Tahsildar (ink signed). The Signed Demand Notices by Tahsildar will
serve to beneficiaries through VRO/VRA. The Demand notice is
prepared in Telugu. The format of notice given with this SOP only
shall be followed. Along with each notice, Mee Seva application form
also to be attached mandatorily, so that citizens can be guided
properly.

STEP 2: (Processing through Mee Seva/GSWS)


Then the person concerned will approach the Mee Seva or GSWS along with
CFMS Original challan, Demand Notice, Mee Seva Application form along with
supporting documents mentioned in the Mee Seva Application form duly filled.
After successful filing of the application – the details will be forwarded to the
RDO Login in Navaratnalu Pedalandariki Illu (Housesites) for further
Processing.

STEP 3:
The RDO will cross check and approve applications. Upon his approval, the
approved beneficiaries list will be forwarded to Tahsildar Login for Patta
Generation.
STEP 4:
The Patta shall be generated in Tahsildar Login.
If the Beneficiary opted for free of cost allotment then the Patta GO 225- Free of
Cost will be provided.
If the Beneficiary opted for free of cost allotment then the Patta GO 225- On
Payment Basis will be provided.

STEP 5:
The generated Pattas will be collected by the Beneficiaries.

ADVANTAGES WITH THIS PROCESS:


1. Applicant will go to meeseva for filing application once and for taking the
Allotment Order
2. Operator in MeeSeva or Digital Assistant only can enter CFMS Challan ID-
Amount, payment date and payment status details gets prefilled through
web services of CFMS. A CFMS challan used for one conversion application
is barred to used anywhere else and can helps in preventing fraudulent
challans.
3. Since the generated challan will have the Head of Account inscribed in it,
there is no chance for the amount to be deposited in some other Head of
account as happened earlier.
4. It is suggested to attach Mee Seva/GSWS application form to be attached
to all demand notices to help the applicants and guide them properly.
5. The collection particulars in Demand Notice can be easy.
6 Step Validation Process at Tahsildar Login

STEP 1:
Open the official website of Navaratnalu House sites using the following link
https://navaratnalu-housesites.ap.gov.in/

STEP 2:
In the home page menu, Select Login option.

STEP 3:
The list of districts will be displayed as below, Select the District.
STEP 4:
Once the district is selected, a login page will be displayed as mentioned below.

STEP 5:
Login with User ID, Password and enter the Captcha given.
STEP 6:
On the Dashboard Select the main folder “Processing”, under that folder Select
“6 Step Verification”

STEP 7:
Enter Aadhaar Number and click on Get Details button.

The Family details will be displayed as mentioned above based on the Aadhaar
Number of the Family member

STEP 8:
Click on Print Button to print the details.
6 Step Validation Process at RDO /SC Login

STEP 1:
Open the official website of Navaratnalu House sites using the following link
https://navaratnalu-housesites.ap.gov.in/

STEP 2:
In the home page menu, Select Login option.

STEP 3:
The list of districts will be displayed as below, Select the District.
STEP 4:
Once the district is selected, a login page will be displayed as mentioned below.

STEP 5:
Login with User ID, Password and enter the Captcha given.
STEP 6:
On the Dashboard Select the main folder “Processing”, under that folder Select
“6 Step Verification”

STEP 7:
Enter Aadhaar Number and click on Get Details button.

The Family details will be displayed as mentioned above based on the Aadhaar
Number of the Family member

STEP 8:
Click on Print Button to print the details.
