As the above prescribed period of May, 2021 No Physical proceedings was taken
by any Courts Except the urgent matters, Bail matters and the Delhi District
Courts and Hon’ble High Court was taken the Online hearings till 15.05.2021
after that Summer vacation are announced by the Hon’ble Delhi High Court till
15.06.2021.

During the Internship Period in Our Firm, Following Work are done by him :-

Studied about the Proceedings of Delhi District Courts and Hon’ble High
Court.

Studied about the Drafting uses in the Cases of Civil Nature and Criminal
Nature.

Did Legal Research in Different Laws and the Amendments in Laws and
also Search the Judgments related to the Case Studied by him.

Watch and Attend the E-Court Proceedings with me (Online Proceedings)


and studied about that how to file a case or documents in the system of
Online Proceedings.
Read the Case Laws and also discuss with me and give him suggestions on
it and learn how to update the case dairy.

Learn the Laws and Acts use in Taxation Matters and also learn the Filing
Procedure of Different Return Compliances.

Mr. Yakul Yadav, possesses sound knowledge of Law and he is also good in
Legal English and Drafting and Legal research.

During the Period of him Internship with us, he was Punctual, Hard Working and
Quick Learner and Curious.

I wish him all the best for him future endeavours.
