My Analysis

Answer the following questions:

When do you consider a facility useful or not?

I consider a facility useful when it helps to the growth and development of learners and meets the
educational demands of students. However, it is not a valuable facility if it does not contribute to their
development.

When do you say that a facility aids learning? Cite some instances.

When a facility encourages learning in numerous ways, such as acquiring new skill or knowledge that
we can apply in our daily lives, it also improves learning. Just like the facilities that helps the students
apply what they’ve learn like science and computer laboratories.

What is the impact of environment to the learners?

It could either help them in their learning process if it is conducive but if not it could distract and can
caused for them to lost interest and focus.

4 What kind of classroom management is conducive to learning?

Interacting with students nicely and showing respect, minimizing distractions such as noise, and
creating a classroom setting that signals acceptance and caring are all examples of classroom
management that are conducive to learning. Also, include activities that encourage active learning and
staying on goal.

My Reflection

1. Would you like to teach in the school environment you just observed/remembered? Why? Why not?

Yes, aside from it was my alma mater, it might not perfect but I enjoyed learning in
that same environment. Thus, I want to serve the same place and go back there but
no longer as a student but now as a teacher who will help and guides the learners.

2. If you are the teacher, how can you make the environment conducive to learning?

By creating an environment that inspires and engages the learners to be more

active in their learning process. Also, a kind of environment that encourages the
student rather than pressures them in learning.

Classroom management is essential for creating a conducive learning environment.

This is crucial for the safety, pleasure, and productivity of both the teacher and the

3. How do classroom management impact learning?

Classroom management is
essential for creating a

environment. This is crucial for
the safety, pleasure, and
productivity of both the teacher
and the students. A good
classroom management system
can help teachers avoid
burnout by reducing the need
for yelling, scolding, and other
stressful disciplining methods
that generate teacher-student
conflict. Learning and
social/emotional development
both benefit from this type of
setting.
