    ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS FOR NEW STUDENTS
    SY 2021 - 2022
    GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
    A. Senior High School (SHS) Graduates Note: ADMISSION TEST IS TEMPORARILY SUSPENDED, SY 2021-2022
    1. Passed the oral test
    2. With Good Scholastic Records
    3. With Good Moral Character
    4. Physically and mentally fit
    5. Have met the prescribed admission requirements for the program/course being applied for
    B. Graduates of HS OLD Curriculum, ALS A&E Passers and Transferees from other School/College or Universities
    1. Passed the oral test
    2. With Good Scholastic Records (No failing grade in any subjects)
    3. With Good Moral Character
    4. Physically and mentally fit
    5. Have met the prescribed admission requirements for the program/course for HS Old Curriculum, ALS A&E Passers & Transferees.
    Note: Transferees from TUP System are no longer required to take TUPSTAT and oral test; but to comply with Letter B, items 2-5.

    ❖ SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS FOR ENGINEERING COURSES:


    • Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSCESEP-T)
    • Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEESEP-T)
    • Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering (BSECESEP-T)
    • Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSMESEP-T)
    Admission Requirements:
    1. For SHS STEM graduates only;
    2. Must have a GPA of at least 85% and above in English, Mathematics, and Science
    ❖ SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS FOR OTHER BACHELOR's DEGREE COURSES:
    • Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (BSIT-T)
    • Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science (BSESSDP-T)
    Admission Requirements:
    1. For SHS STEM graduates with GPA of at least 80% and above in English, Mathematics, and Science
    2. For Non-STEM graduates except TVL, with GPA of at least 85% in English, Mathematics and Science
    • Bachelor of Technical Vocational Teacher Education (BTVTED)
    BTVTEd major in Electrical Technology (BTVTEDET-T)
    BTVTEd major in Electronics Technology (BTVTEDElxT-T)
    BTVTEd major in Information and Communication Technology - Computer Hardware (BTVTEDICT-CH-T)
    BTVTEd major in Information and Communication Technology - Computer Programming (BTVTEDICT-T)
    Admission Requirements:
    1.Open to all SHS graduates (all Strands) with a GPA of at least 85% and above in Grade 11 & 12.
    ❖SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS FOR BACHELOR OF ENGINEERING TECHNOLOGY (BET) COURSES:
    • BET Major in Automotive Technology (BETAT-T)
    • BET Major in Chemical Technology (BETCHT-T)
    • BET Major in Civil Technology (BETCT-T)
    • BET Major in Electrical Technology (BETET-T)
    • BET Major in Electromechanical Technology (BETEMT-T)
    • BET Major in Electronics Technology (BETELXT-T)
    • BET Major in Instrumentation and Control Technology (BETICT-T)
    • BET Major in Mechanical Technology (BETMT-T)
    • BET Major in MechatronicsTechnology (BETMECT-T)
    • BET Major in Non-Destructive Testing Technology (BETNDT-T)
    • BET Major in Dies &Moulds Technology (BETDMT-T)
    • BET Major in Heating, Ventilation and Airconditioning/Refrigeration Technology (BETHVAC/RT-T)
    Admission Requirements:
    1. No Grade Requirements; Open to all SHS graduates except for TVL-Auto & RAC to be accepted either in BETAT &HVACRT only.
    Take note the list of Courses/Programs applicable to your SHS strand/track taken.
    2. For Graduates of HS Old Curriculum, ALS Passer & Transferees from Other School, Pls. see above General Requirements letter B.
