JENNY CAJES BSTM102

During the Duterte administration, I have seen significant progress. The rural development,
infrastructure improvements, programs, and financial assistance for the underprivileged and
poor people, as well as the extensive drug and corruption war. But because of the COVID-19
Pandemic, the Philippines' poverty rate remains high. Regardless of recent economic growth.
PROBLEMS IN PHILIPPINES:
LACK OF EDUCATION
The process of facilitating learning, or the acquisition of knowledge, skills, values, morals,
beliefs, habits, and personal development, is known as education. Teaching, training,
storytelling, discussion, and directed research are all examples of educational methods.

Attending private school is difficult. Due to their high tuition fees, some students cannot afford
tuition and end up dropping out of school. And because of that some of them move in a public
school and some of them are “tambay” and can’t find work. As of today, there are still many
students who require financial assistance in order to further their education and studies.

The politicians should require government assistance in obtaining the items they require,
particularly working gadgets and improved internet connectivity. Students also require financial
assistance in order to purchase books for themselves. As well as other school supplies required
for projects and activities Considering that not all are accorded the same privilege.

The solution of this Education budgets isn’t always flexible enough to support the cost,
sustainability, or scalability of innovations. The politicians must tell the depED, build
relationships with local businesses and career academies, and create incentives for companies
to hire students, in order to create a revenue stream for schools, look to competitive pricing and
creative solutions and Leaders must not be afraid to take risks and support the changes needed
to bring about this kind of budgeting.

UNEMPLOYMENT

Unemployment refers to a situation in which a skilled and talented person desired to work but
was unable to find work. However, due to a variety of factors, and unable to find a suitable job.

As I have already seen, the COVID-19 Pandemic has a negative impact on employment. Today's
rate in the Philippines Possibilities for employment and the establishment of a harmonious. The
relationship between labor and management is an excellent platform for increasing productivity.
In the Philippines, there is a high rate of employment. As an example, consider a program that
will provide job opportunities. opportunities and will contribute to lowering the Philippines'
unemployment rate;

The politicians should create a program that will provide employment opportunities for those
who qualify. During the pandemic, they were unable to keep their jobs. This program will
concentrate on jobs in home economics, arts and crafts, sports, entrepreneurship, and providing
services small-scale businesses, cooperatives, and so on.

The solutions of this are to combat unemployment, it is critical to raise people's educational
levels so that they can find work more easily. To ensure good educational progress, this
education should begin early in school, and teachers should pay close attention to and care for
each child. Furthermore, children from non-educational families should be supported by
community programs and financial aid so that they, too, have a fair chance to increase their
level of education and find a good job when they become adults.
