    I hereby assume all the risk of participating and/or volunteering in 1st CU Kaliga

    1000Kms Team Endurance Ride Challenge 2021, including by the way of example and not
    limitation, any risk may arise from negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons or
    entities, being released, from dangerous or defective equipment, or property owned,
    maintained, or controlled by them, or because of possible liability without fault. I certify that I
    am physically fit, have sufficiently prepared or trained in the specific activity or event, and not
    have been advised by a qualified medical professional. I certify that there are no related
    health-related reasons or problem that may preclude my participation in this activity or event
    that will govern my actions and responsibility at sad activity or event.

    A. I waived, release and discharge from any and all liability of the
    organizers/partners/volunteered marshalls/sponsors of these event, including but not
    limited to, liability to arising from negligence or fault of the entities or persons released,
    for my death, disability, personal injury, damage of property, loss of property, or
    actions of any kind which may hereafter occur to me during my travel to and from this
    event, the following entities or person: all sponsors, partners, volunteers, marshals,
    committees, directors, officers, employees, representative, agents, event holders,
    organizers.

    B. I indemnify, hold harmless, and covenant not too sure the entities or persons
    mentioned in this paragraph from any and all liabilities or claims made as a result of
    participation in this activity or event whether caused by the negligence of release or
    otherwise. I acknowledge that this activity or event may involve a test of a person’s
    physical and mental limits and may carry with it the potential for death, serious injury,
    and property loss. The risk may include but not limited to, those caused by terrain,
    facilities, temperture, weather, condition of participants, spectators, pedestrians, event
    officials, and event monitors, and/or producers of the event, and lack of hydration.
    These risks are not only inherent to participants but are also present to volunteers.

    C. I hereby affirm, defend and clear the organizers, sponsors and their officers to be free
    and safe from any indemnity, losses, cost, actions, fines, claims, suits, fees,
    disbursement, liabilities, damages, judgments and expenses including, but not limited
    to, attorney’s fees and cost incurred in the investigation, defense and settlement of
    claims that I and the organizers/partners/sponsors may suffer or incur arising from
    injury, disability, disease, medical treatment and death of persons and/or animals
    during the implementation, conduct, execution and/or completion of (Name of your
    event).
    I hereby consent to receive medical treatment which may be deemed advisable in the
    event of injury, accident, and/or illness during this activity or event. I understand that this
    event or related activities may be photographed. I agree to allow my photo, video, or film
    likeness to be used for any legitimate purpose by the event holders, producers, sponsors,
    organizers, and assign. The accident waiver and release of liability shall be constructed
    broadly to provide a release and waiver to the maximum extent permissible under applicable
    law. I certify that I have read this document, and fully understand its content. I am aware that
    this is release of liability and a contract and I signed it of my own freewill.
