UNDERSTANDING THE SELF

ACTIVITY- 1
NAME - SAVINA GODARA
PHILOSOPHICAL PERSPECTIVE
MY PHILOSOPHY IN LIFE :
My philosophy on life is that you should live while you are alive and you should
give others that same privilege. We should not judge people for the choices they
make, because we all make bad decisions. You should do what you want with your
life, as long as it makes you happy and causes no harm to others.

1 What do you most valve in life ? and why ?

A happy family, a happy home and a happy work environment add up to a
happy life. I valve happiness. By keeping this valve at the center of my life, I
am able to easily make deciions in the best interest of my family, my
buisness, and myself . I valve making a difference in life and living with
integrity.

2 What gives your life meaning ?

I find meaning in growth, in learning, in increasing understanding. I think
about it less in terms of "improvement" and more in terms of "expansion"
or "deepening." In the past, I've wondered about the purpose of my own
writing, an activity I've pursued consistently in various forms since I was
seven years old. Over the years, I've had many answers to that question,
but the one that sticks in my head most is "to learn myself." But, it's not
just about me. It's about "learning" the world around me. About
"learning" human nature and animal nature and dream nature. It's about
evolving out in different directions until - probably many lives from now -
I can begin to comprehend what it would be to expand my horizons far
enough that they encompass everything. My purpose - my meaning -
comes from exploring everything (experiences, connections, emotions,
ideas, stories, and so forth) and growing because of those explorations.

3 What is the purpose of your life?

Purpose of life is the most controversial term. Giving exact answer is not in
human being approach. Because if found purpose than why we fight to be
powerfull ! Why we run behind millions ! it is hidden blackbox and template
you can draw it by your good impact decision. What purpose you will make
you will get it in finally.

4 What do you hope to achieve in your life?

I do have goals and desires that I want to achieve in my life that allows me
to live my life to its fullest and be content. By fulfilling my aims I’ll live and
die without regrets because everything I will have wanted to do has been
completed.

In life I hope to achieve:

 A good education resulting in qualifications.
 A solid relationship with my family, predominately my parents.
 A romantic relationship and possibly a family.
 To travel worldwide and enjoy new experiences.
 Happiness paired with being overall mentally healthy.A good education:

5 How would you characterize Yourself?

I am a person who believes that no characteristic of mine is ever constant.
Just like anybody else, i am growing and i will never stop growing. Seeing
how much I've changed even after a short amount of time, I know that I can
never really set standards of how I see myself today but I can always help
myself choose the right adjectives to follow the phrase “I am…” with what I
want to be in the future. It is very much daunting for me to define my
abstract characteristics as it feels like I'm limiting myself into what i was in
my past and never really truly committing to growth. The safest thing for
me to say is that I know I am capable of doing many great things in life my
younger self cannot fathom doing. What makes you stand out from the
rest? What makes yourself special? The fact that I am well aware that I can
never be defined by anyone except myself helped me become more open to
growth and character development. If I lack at something, I always try my
best to fill the gap. If I am insecure, I have this drive to face it and never
deny it even though it may take me a very long time. Small progress is still
progress anyway. If I am sad, I let myself feel sad. I acknowledge my human
errors and use this as my strength.

6 What makes you stand out from the rest?

What makes yourself special?
Standing out means that you are a cut above the rest. You outshine others
in a way that makes you somewhat advantageous. Many things are
considered that makes you stand out from the rest, their genetic make-up,
sociocultural backgrounds, attitudes, the way they speak, listen, learn,
behave, act and react.
I guess what makes me special is the talent of being just me. I usually follow
and do things that I feel is right for me like taking decisions about
everything regarding me. I personally feel that whatever situation is you
know yourself better than others. You know what exact type of person you
are, what are your strengths and weaknesses.

7 How have you transformed yourself?

Realizing that you aren’t living your best life can leave you feeling stuck and
frustrated with yourself. While changing yourself completely could be
challenging at times, it is still possible if you are willing to put in the effort.
It takes time to fully change yourself completely, but you'll likely experience
small changes along the way. These small changes are something to
celebrate and help you start living a life that you love. Don't worry about
how long it takes you to fully live your best life. Instead, just enjoy your day-
to-day journey.

8 How is yourself connected to your body?

Body is just a pical appearance and I believe we all have soul Soui comed
body na say but that's onde partialle right, this is because the spul is see but
the naterialc earld has its own boundaries for which the ung beings are
blind not to believe in their actul set and their actual puse a e we should be
fortunate enough to have a fully functioning body because this the madium
by which we can actually survive in this world and somethem do not have
as much we do a least but sadle, the upcoming un dotalian the actual
purpose of themselves and use their body by noting the soul that's attached
to it, ahouks tre and see the broader perspective and not the materialitti
desies, soasto follow the actual purpose it and not to use the connection
with the body we have.

9 How is yourself related to otherself?

In relating ourselves with other-selves, we tend to make a connection and
that connection would be victorious if both sides are open. If the other
would not be open, he/she would try to resist the effect of others' on his/her
system that may cause chaos.

10.What will happen to you after your dead?

When someone is dying, their heartbeat and blood circulation slow down.
The brain and organs receive less oxygen than they need and so work less
well. In the days before death, people often begin to lose control of their
breathing. It's common for people to be very calm in the hours before they
die.Decomposition begins several minutes after death with a process called
autolysis, or self-digestion. Soon after the heart stops beating, cells become
deprived of oxygen, and their acidity increases as the toxic by-products of
chemical reactions begin to accumulate inside them.
