Ramada’s Transportation Packages
 Sedan - INR 15000 for 5 days ( Max.800 km )

 Innova Crysta - INR 23000 for 5 days ( Max.800 km )
 This rates includes driver bata, toll, and parking.

 All vehicles are owned by Ramada by Wyndham Alleppey & not outsourced.
 Drivers are a part of Ramada by Wyndham Team.
 Extension on pro rata basis.
 Rates are Ex Alleppey.
 5% GST extra.

Meal Supplementary charges will be INR 850 Net per person per meal. Meal Supplementary charges will be INR
600 Net per Child per meal.
There will be Mandatory charges of INR 4000 Net per adult or older child & INR 2500 per child (6-12 years) for
NEW YEAR EVE GALA DINNER
There will be Mandatory charges of INR 2000 Net per adult or older child & INR 1200 Net per child (6-12 years)
for CHRISTMAS EVE DINNER
 All the above rates except rack rates are nett and non-commissionable.
 All the above-mentioned rates except rack rates are including all current applicable
taxes.
 All the above rates for FIT Guests only.
 Twin bedrooms are available with Premium category only
GIT RATES WILL BE SENT ON REQUEST
All our luxurious rooms include the following facilities & services:

Terms & Conditions:
 The above all rates are applicable for FIT bookings only.
 All FIT bookings must be confirmed within 07 days with the details of the Guest name and nationality.
 All GIT bookings (10 rooms and above) must be confirmed 45 days in advance with the details of the Guest
Name and Nationality.
 If the confirmation is made less than 45 days, then the acceptance of the booking confirmation
should be sent on the same day by fax or e-m ail with an advance payment of 50% of the total amount .
 All above mentioned rates are on per room per night basis.
 Check in and check out time for the Hotel are 14:00 hrs and 12:00 hrs.
 All FIT & GIT Guests should present the voucher or exchange order at the time of check in.
 Food prepared off-premises by entities not under the control of the establishments, are not allowed inside the
Hotel.
 We, at Ramada By Wyndham has joined hands with government of Kerala to take their initiative further to SAY
NO TO PLASTIC. We do not allow any plastic bottles, bags or any other items inside the hotel premises from
outside. All guests are requested to please strengthen this initiative and not to carry any plastics while staying with
us. If at all any guest carries, we have kept a bin at the lobby to trash the items.
Payment Terms & Conditions:
Confirmation & Deposit Schedule
An advance payment should be made at the time of confirmation of the reservation

for both FIT and GIT.
Cancellation Policy:

1. Any cancellation/amendment received within 15 days of arrival is non-
refundable.
2. Any cancellation/amendment received within 15-30 days of arrival is
50% refundable.
3. Any cancellation/amendment received before 30 days is fully
refundable.
4. Peak date booking (21st Dec-5th January) is non-cancellable and non-

amendable
Ramada by Wyndham Alleppey reserves the right to cancel the booking in case of non-payment of above- mentioned
advance or final payments as per schedule. All deposits and payments need to be made via cash or demand draft or bank
transfer along with PAN details to the below mentioned bank.
