    WEAR FULL PPE: - SAFETY HELMET - SAFETY BOOTS – SAFETY GLASSES- GLOVES- LONG-SLEEVED COVERALLS – HEARING PROTECTION IF REQUIRED.

    1.Gathered all Floorman and . Trip and slip hazards Make sure all Floormen understand the job plan, banksman has

    system.Teamwork is required in the job.

    4. Make connection,put casing Over exertions, pich points, trips, slips, 2 Stay way fron the heavy loads on the rig floor, teamwork is
    on floor and let elevator latch caought in/between tong. required on the job.Use buddy system, The derrickman has to be 3
    and slack out and set slips 100% tied off, The derrickman has to be using the fall arrestor on
    the stabbing board.Full communication is to be among the crew
    ( on the floor and on the ground)
