Using eleven Strip Sets, subcut each Strip Set into four
4 ½” x 9” rectangles.
Long Piece Unit should measure 4 ½” x 9”.
Make forty-four.
You will not use two Long Piece Units.

Finished Size: 51 ½” x 60” Make forty-four.

Using six Strip Sets, subcut each Strip Set into seven
Fabric Requirements 4 ½” x 5” rectangles.
Short Piece Unit should measure 4 ½” x 5”.

or thirty-four 2 ½” x width of fabric strips (Fabric A) Make forty-two.

Make forty-two.
Cutting
Assemble one Short Piece Unit, one Fabric B square
Cut binding fabric into: and one Long Piece Unit.
7 - 2 ½” x width of fabric strips (Fabric C)
Twist Block should measure 9” x 9”.
Use ¼” seams and press as arrows indicate throughout. Make forty-two.
Twist Block :

Assemble two different Fabric A strips.


Strip Set should measure 4 ½” x 42”.

Quilt Rows: Quilt Center:
Assemble six Twist Blocks. Assemble the Quilt Center.
Twist Row should measure 9” x 51 ½”. Quilt Center should measure 51 ½” x 60”.
Make seven.

Make seven.

Finishing:
Piece the Fabric C strips end to end for binding.
Quilt and bind as desired.
