GJZ-6 汽轮机油净化装置
1. APPLICATION
Model GJZ Oil Purifier for turbine can effectively remove moisture, gasses and particles from
various kinds of turbine oil and other oils with equal viscosity of turbine oil. In addition, it can remove
emulsions of said oils. Therefore, it is ideal for treating turbine oil of running units in power plant.
Model GJZ product is connected with oil system of units. Oil is obtained from main oil tank and
purified oil returns back main oil tank. It can operate together with oil system of unit to purify lube oil
or regulating system oil continuously. It can also operate individually to filter/purify oil of main tank.

4.1 Construction
Model GJZ Turbine Oil Purifier mainly consists of Coarse Strainer(2), Magnetic Filter(3), Heater(4),
Absorption/Regeneration Tank(16), Condenser (24) , Vacuum Pump(28),Oil Drain Pump(29) and Fine
4.2.1 In case that the machine operates together with the unit to filter/purify turbine oil in main oil
tank continuously, it works as follows (This system is called as aggregation/separation filter system):

Aggregation/separation technique and polymolecular absorption tank filter cores can filter out
most of water, impurity and acid matter from oil. Separated water is discharged automatically by
means of interface meter and solenoid valve. Since this system has only one power source for oil
inlet pump, it is suitable for operating on-line with turbine for long period. During operation of
turbine, oil temperature of main oil tank is above 50℃. This oil system needs no heater of this
machine.
4.2.2 In case that shutdown needs to be made for service or high precision purification is needed,
another system of the machine (Vacuum film filtration/separation system) may be started.

Water saturation temperature curve, vacuum film theory, polymolecular absorption regeneration tank,
deep-layer filter core can remove water, gas and impurity thoroughly from oil so that purified oil
meets new oil standard. Therefore, this system is applicable to high precision purification of oil
system. Since vacuum pump in this system is oil-immersed type spinning vacuum pump,it is not
suitable for long-time continuous running(continuos running can’t exceed 4 working days).Otherwise,
overheat would be caused by friction. This system is not suitable for on-line operation with turbine for

5.ELECTRIC SYSTEM
This machine uses 3-phase,50Hz 、380V Power. Electric apparatus is provided with switching-off
protection and controller. Heaters are inter-locked with solenoid valve. Heaters can be started only
after solenoid valve is started. Heaters are devided into 2 groups :“Group one” for operation, “Group
Two” for standby. During operation, oil temperature is controlled by thermostat in heating system,
with control range of 40℃-80℃.When oil temperature thermostat in heating system is above rated
one, thermostat cuts-off henter power supply automatically. And when oil temperature is below rated
one, heater power supply is connected automatically. Temperature of heating system of oil filters
manufactured by our plant was set at 50℃normally when they left factory. Users may reset their
temperatures according to requirements. The machine is also provided with differential controller and
aggregation separator. When fine filter core is blocked, differential controller comes into action to
alarm by means of pilot lamp, indicating change of filter core (See Electric Operation Principle Fig.)
5. OPERATION
6.1 Preparation
6.1.1 Open electric cabinet to check whether fuses are perfect, connections are loose and electric
elements are moistened or damaged. Remove foreign matters from the cabinet.
6.1.2 Check bolts and nuts for looseness. If so, tighten them.
6.1.4 Check to see whether coarse strainer and fine filter is mounted with screens and cores according
to requirements.
6.1.5 Use transparent hose or steel tube to connect purifier with turbine main oil tank. Connection
hose or tube must be clean. Inlet of this machine should be connected with the bottom of turbine main
oil tank. And outlet of this machine should be connected with the top of turbine main oil tank(For
6.2 Operation
a. Power on
c. Open Inlet Valve (1), Ball Valve(13),(31) and Outlet Valve(37).Start Solenoid Valve(6).When oil
level of vacuum tank reaches or exceeds 3/4 of visual hole, start Oil Drain Pump(29).
d. When oil level of vacuum tank is almost stable, start heaters. Now, the machine is in operation
mode.

6.3 Precautions
6.3.1 Sampling should be made from Sampling Valve (37) and done strictly according to sampling
6.3.2 Temperature rise of motors for vacuum pump and oil inlet pump can’t exceed 40℃.
6.3.3 Vacuum pump oil level should be always maintained at oil marks.
6.3.4 In case that vacuum tank has too much foam, slightly open Vacuum Charge Valve (23) to reduce
6.3.5 In case that flow is remarkably reduced, check to see whether coarse strainer is blocked and fine
filter is dirty.
6.3.7 Before starting heaters, pay special attention to whether oil flows into heaters. Never start
heaters until oil enters into heaters. Lit pilot lamp indicates that heaters are in operation mode. Never
start heaters at random in order to avoid burn of heaters and electric accident.
6.3.8 When aggregation filter core differential alarm and fine filter core differential alarm occurs,
shutdown should be made for changing aggregation core or fine filter core.
6.3.9 Keep an eye to balancing oil level of vacuum tank. Keep oil level at 3/4 of visual glass at the
lower part as much as possible. Stop oil drain pump if oil level exceeds above mentioned position.
Firstly turn off heaters and then close inlet ball valve and solenoid valve. After oil in vacuum tank is
drained off by oil drain pump, turn off oil drain pump and close outlet ball valve. When readings of
vacuum-meter is above operating vacuum (higher vacuum, the better), stop vacuum pump. Let out
oil/water in condenser. Close rest valves and cut off power supply.
c. If oil to be purified is too dirty (Containing too much water, gas and particles), pretreating is
recommended (Treated with clarification method or Model LY Board Frame Press Oil Filter).
d. Site elevation will affect vacuum and purification. In this case ,oil temperature may be increased
to compensate.

7.MAINTENANCE AND SERVICE
7.1 Often add No1 vacuum pump oil to oil tank to keep oil level at oil mark (For details, please see its
Operation Instruction).
7.2 Every 3000 hour’s running of motor bearings, add No.2 or No.3 calcium-based grease to them
(General speaking, addition should be made when maintenance or service is carried out).
7.3 Drain oil from vacuum pump every 6 months. And fill small quantity of fresh No.1 vacuum pump
oil. Move pulley by hand to make fresh oil wash internals of the pump. Then let out filled oil. This

一、用途
GJZ 型汽轮机油净化装置能高效的排除各种透平油或相当于透平油粘度的其它油类中的
水份、气体和杂质微粒,并能破除油的乳化,提高油品质量,保证运行设备(如汽轮机组等)
的安全运行。因此,该设备可供发电厂运行机组的透平油处理。
GJZ 型汽轮机油净化装置并联于机组油系统中,其中油取于主油箱,经净化后重新回到
主油箱,它可与主机油系统同时在线运行,连续过滤与净化供润滑和调节系统用油;也可单独
运行,对主油箱的油进行循环过滤与净化。

三、结构特点
1、在低温(400C-550C)通过聚结技术及真空条件下破除油的乳化后净化透平油,效率高 ,
节约时间和电能,在净化过程中能防止油的老化。
2、由于采用了特制油泵,自吸性能好,流量稳定、噪声低。
3、真空净化系统内采用了特制脱水、脱气零件,其脱水、脱气效率高。
4、采用了特制的聚结技术滤芯,能脱出油中的大量水分。
5、采用了高分子吸附技术将油中的酸性物质滤除。
6、采用了高精度的过滤滤芯,过滤质量高。
7、控制系统有完善的联锁安全装置,操作可靠。
8、冷凝器采用分离冷却方法,不用水冷,节约能源,使用方便。
四、结构与工作原理
(一)、结构
GJZ 型汽轮机油净化装置主要由:粗滤器(2)、磁性过滤器(3)、加热器(4)、进油泵
(8)、真空罐(21)、聚结过滤系统(9)、高分子吸附再生罐(16)、冷凝器(24)、真空
泵(28)、排油泵(29)、精滤器(34)、(35)等部件组成(详见工作原理图)。
(二)、工作原理
<一>当与主机油系统同时在线运行,连续过滤与净化主油箱透平油时,本装置油路走向为:

该路系统利用聚结分离技术和高分子吸附罐深层过滤滤芯,能够将汽轮机油的大部分水
份、杂质和酸性物质能够得到完全分离,分离出的水份依靠油位界面仪和电磁阀控制自动排出,
由于该路系统只有一个进油泵动力源,因此特别适用于与汽轮机同时、长时间在线运行。由于
汽轮机运行时,主油箱油温一般在 50℃以上,所以此油路系统不用本装置加热器。
<二>当汽轮机停机检修或短时间内需对透平油进行高精度、高纯度净化时,可以启动本
装置的另一路系统(此路系统真空薄膜过滤分离系统):

该路系统利用水的饱和温度曲线,真空薄膜理论,以及高分子吸附再生罐,深层过滤滤芯
能够完全将气轮机油中的水份(甚至微水)、气体、杂质得到分离,使净化后的油质完全达到新
油的标准,因此本路系统适用于对油路系统进行高精度高纯度的过滤与净化。由于本路系统中
真空泵为浸油式旋片式真空泵,其工作原理与结构决定了它不适宜长时间连续运行(连续运行
时间最长不超过 4 天),否则会因摩擦造成发热严重,从而影响它的抽气性能,因此该路系统
不适宜与气轮机长时间在线运行。
本油净化装置即解决了以往油净化装置效果达不到真空式滤油机设备的分离效果,又解决
了真空式滤油机设备不能与气轮机长时间在线运行的问题,因此该油净化装置具有一机多用的
特点。
五、电气系统
锁控制,只有启动电磁阀后,才能启动加热器,加热器共分两组:即“一组加热”工作,“二
组加热”备用。在本机运行时,油温的控制是通过装在加热系统中的温度控制器来进行的,其
控制范围是 40℃-80℃,当加热系统中的油温高于额定温度时,温度控制器可自动切断加热器
电源,当温度低于额定温度时又可自动接通加热器电源,继续加热。我厂生产的油过滤器加热
系统的温度控制点在出厂时一般调整到 500C,用户可根据处理油质的好坏选择温度控制点的高
低。本机还设有差压控制器,高聚结分离器、精滤器滤芯堵塞后,差压控制器动作,使指示灯
报警,提醒用户及时更换滤芯。(详见电器原理图)。
六、使用说明
(一)、使用前的准备
1.打开电器柜、检查内部各处保险是否齐全,电器接头有无松动,电器元件是否受潮和损
坏,清除电器柜各处杂物。
2.检查各处连接部位的螺栓、螺母有无松动,如有松动,须拧紧后再用。
3.接上总电源和接地保护。
4.检查粗滤器和精滤器是否按要求装好滤网和滤芯。
5.将本机与汽轮机主油箱用透明软管或金属钢管连接好,连接的管道内部须清洁,本机
的进口与汽轮机主油箱底部相连,本机出口与汽轮机主油箱上部相连。(详见安装示意
图)
6.关闭所有阀门。
(二)、开机
当启动真空薄膜过滤分离油路系统时:
1.接通电源开关。
2.启动真空泵(28)。
3.打开进口阀(1),球阀(13)、(31)和出口阀(37),启动电磁阀(6),
4.当真空罐内油位基本稳定后,可开启加热器,此时整机进入正常工作状态。
当启动聚结分离过滤系统时:
1.接通电源开关。
2.打开进口球阀(1)、球阀(7)、(15)和出口球阀(37)。
3.启动进油泵(8)。
(三)、运转中注意事项
1.化验油样必须从取样阀(37)取出,取样应严格按取样操作规程进行操作,否则会影
响化验精度。
2.注意真空泵、进油泵的各种电动机的允许温升不得超过 40℃。
3.真空泵的油位须经常保持在油标线上。
4.真空罐内气体泡沫太多时,可略微打开真空充气阀(23),以降低真空度,消减泡沫,
泡沫下降后须关闭此阀。
5.当流量明显减小时,应检查粗滤器是否堵塞,精滤器滤芯是否太脏。
6.及时排放存水罐内的油和水。
7.在开启加热器时,特别要注意是否有油液进入加热器内,在没有油
液进入加热器前,一定不能开启加热器,在指示灯亮时,加热器为工作状态,千万不可随意开
启,以免烧坏加热器及发生电器事故。
8.当聚结滤芯差压报警,精滤器滤芯差压报警时,应停机更换聚结滤芯或精滤器滤芯。

(四)停机注意事项
先关闭加热器,然后关闭进口球阀和电磁阀。待排油泵将真空罐内的油排完后,再关闭
排油泵和出口球阀,待真空压力表的数字达到工作真空度以上时(真空度愈高愈好),停止真
空泵,排放冷凝器内的油和水,关闭其余阀门,切断总电源。
(五)GJZ 型汽轮机油净化装置的使用范围:
(1)本机作业时的环境温度不超过 50℃。

(3)待净化的油液如太脏(即油中水份、气体和杂质颗粒太多时),建议采用适当措
施作净化前处理(如用澄清法或本厂生产的 LY 型板框压力式滤油机处理),否则会极大地
影响净化效果。
(4)使用场地的海拔高度太高会影响本机真空度以及净化效果,此时可提高油温作适
当的弥补。

七、维护与保养
1. 真空泵油箱随时添加 1 号真空泵油,使油位保持在油标线上(具体请参见该泵使用说
明书)。
3.每使用半年应将真空泵油放净,加入少量新的 1 号真空泵油,用手扳动皮带轮,使新油
将泵内部清洗,然后放出,这样清洗两次后再加入足够的新油。
4.如停机一月以上,本机应放在干燥的地方,关闭电器柜门和盖好机身外罩。
