    TRAXOL EP3 Solvent Degreaser

    DESCRIPTION:

    TRAXOL EP3 is a viscous, natural solvent degreaser. It is a blend of natural citrus solvents, petroleum solvents, thickeners,
    emulsifiers and a special extreme pressure lubricant.

    TRAXOL EP3 has been designed for the removal of surette and open gear lube greases from gears and pinions commonly
    found in the mining industry.

    TRAXOL EP3's advantage over other solvent cleaners is its viscosity, which allows the product to adhere to vertical surfaces
    to provide extended cleaning action, while offering optimum extreme pressure lubricity.

    APPLICATION:

    TRAXOL EP3 is a very specialized product for the mining industry and or anywhere rotary gears are cleaned for preventative
    maintenance inspection. Open gears like these are found in autogenous mills, rotary kilns and some heavy equipment.

    TRAXOL EP3 is applied with our patented "Clean-On-The-Fly" procedure. This is done generally with a low-pressure spray
    with an air operated piston pump operating at a 10:1 dilution.

    DIRECTIONS:

    Product is applied while the gear is running without fear that the solvent will spin off before the degreasing takes place. This
    product has specifically designed additives or lubricants to provide lubricity at extreme pressures or while the gear it actually
    running. Soak times for TRAXOL EP3 can be from 15 minutes to 30 minutes, depending on the severity of the problem.

    TRAXOL EP3 should be rinsed off with high-pressure water and a strong concentration of an emulsifier such as our
    specifically designed DETRAX. This should be applied at 1 part product to 10 parts water until clean.

    Storage: Stable under normal conditions of storage and use. This product is normally not affected by repeated
    exposure to freezing and thawing conditions. If separation does occur, return to room temperature and
    recirculate the product into itself.

    Composition: Natural citrus solvents, aromatic and aliphatic petroleum solvents, biodegradable surfactants, and extreme
    pressure lubricants.
