    Subject: RAMADAN TIMINGS AND POST MOCK SCHEDULE

    On account of the Holy month of Ramadan, the revised school timings for Grade Y9 to A Levels are
    as follows:

    SENIOR SCHOOL RAMADAN TIMINGS

    Year Level School Timings (Morning)

    Y9 - AL 7:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.

    Please note that the afore-mentioned schedule will be applicable with effect from 1st Ramadan, subject
    to moon sighting.

    IMPORTANT INFORMATION AND DETAILS:

    Post Mock Period: 3 April to 24 April 2022

    Modified Timetables for the month of Ramadan will be shared on MS Teams for all students, including
    Year 9 IAH and Post Mock Academic Support Program.

    Academic Support Program- ASP:

    By employing individualized mode of instruction to prepare the Senior School students for the
    upcoming Cambridge Examinations 2022, the Post Mock ASP schedule has been devised carefully to
    improve the academic performance of all levels of learners. Due to the modified Ramadan Timings, the
    Post Mock schedule will run in three sessions per day from 3 April to 24 April 2022. Saturdays are
    also included in the mentioned Post Mock period.

    The students may follow flexible timings to attend the Post Mock ASP classes according to the shared
    timetables.

    Attendance is Mandatory:

    Attendance is mandatory for all students and will be marked regularly. The Post Mock Schedule for
    each grade level will be shared in the respective MS Teams. All parents are requested to strictly ensure
    the attendance of their wards in the Post Mock sessions in order to attain better grades in the CAIE
    Examination 2022. The parents will be contacted immediately by the school’s administration through
    email, if their ward will be absent in any of the Post Mock session.
