    LETTER OF COMMITMENT TO PURCHASE SATORLNG INTERMEDIARY PAYMENT

    甲方购买方：深圳新兴大富投资有限公司
    Party A's purchaser: Shenzhen Xinxing Dafu Investment Co., Ltd
    乙方中介：Lim Choon Guan.
    Intermediary of Party B:
    经甲乙双方共同好友协商，由乙方负责协调安排甲方与俄罗斯
    SATOR 炼油厂签订购买 LNG 供货协议，签订此供货协议后甲乙双方
    按签订的总供货数量来执行。甲方负责在供货合约生效并实施供货到
    港验收入罐后，在同时支付炼油厂 TT 货款时同时支付给乙方指定账
    户内，每吨 20 美元，按当天的汇率来算取，根据中国税务法规定，
    扣除关税、增值税和个人所得税后，以人民币支付给乙方指定的账户
    内（含完税手续），按每船到货实际吨位数量结算 ，直到合约交易
    总数量完成为止。乙方必须负责保证此次供货业务前期的真实性，保
    证炼油厂方提供的 PPOP 文件和签订的 SPA 供货协议是真实有效合法
    的，若有虚假乙方应承担相应的责任，甲方有权解除终止所有签订
    的合约，包括此支付承诺书。若甲方不按照承诺的支付方式准时支付
    给乙方的所得中介费，乙方可以按此承诺书进行法律申诉，要求甲
    方按时支付并赔偿相应的损失。

    After the negotiation between the mutual friends of Party A and Party B,
    Party B shall be responsible for coordinating and arranging Party A to
    sign the LNG supply agreement with sator refinery in Russia. After
    signing the supply agreement, Party A and Party B shall implement it
    according to the total supply quantity signed. Party A shall be
    responsible for paying the TT payment of the refinery to the account
    designated by Party B at the same time after the supply contract comes
    into force and the income tank is inspected at the port. The amount of
    USD 20 per ton shall be calculated according to the exchange rate of the
    day. According to the provisions of China's tax law, after deducting tariff,
    value-added tax and personal income tax, it shall be paid to the account
    designated by Party B in RMB (including tax payment procedures), and
    settled according to the actual tonnage of each ship, Until the total
    number of contract transactions is completed. Party B must be
    responsible for ensuring the authenticity of the early stage of the supply
    business, and ensure that the PPOP documents provided by the refinery
    and the spa supply agreement signed are true, valid and legal. If there is
    any false, Party B shall bear corresponding responsibilities, and Party A
    has the right to terminate all signed contracts, including this payment
    commitment. If Party A fails to pay the income intermediary fee to Party
    B on time according to the promised payment method, Party B may
    appeal according to this letter of commitment and require Party A to pay
    on time and compensate for the corresponding losses.
