MOST RESPECTFULLY SHOWETH:

1. That the Applicants have filed the present writ petition,

which is pending before this Hon’ble Court. The contents

of the same are deemed to be incorporated herein for all

intent and purposes as the same are not repeated for the

sake of brevity.

2. That during the pendency of the present writ petition, the

Applicants are constrained to seek leave of this Hon’ble

Court to file the following additional documents on record,

which are being filed along with an affidavit of the

Petitioner in the present matter.

a. Email issued by the Petitioner to the Respondent No. 2

is annexed herewith and marked as “Annexure A-1”.

(Page Nos. 6 to 7).

b. Email issued by the Respondent No. 2 to the

Petitioneris annexed herewith and marked as

“Annexure A-2”. (Page Nos. 8).

3. That no prejudice would be caused to the Respondents if

the said additional affidavit is allowed to be taken on

record. On the other hand, the Applicant would suffer

irreparable loss and hardship if the present application is

not allowed.

4. That the present application is being filed bona fide and in

good faith and this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to allow

the same in the interest of justice.

PRAYER

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and in the

interest of justice, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon’ble

Court may be pleased to :

a. Allow the present application and consequently take on

record the additional documents as more particularly

described above; and

b. Pass such other and further order(s) as this Hon’ble Court

may deem fit and proper.

I, Dr. Dipesh Nariya, S/o Nariya Premjibhai, Aged 28 years, R/o


Block No-21, Satellite Park, Behind Ajanta Park, Sadhuvasvani
Road, Rajkot Sau Uni Area, Gujarat- 360005, do hereby
solemnly state and affirm as under:

1. That I am the Petitioner No. 1 in the present Writ Petition

and am duly authorized to swear the present affidavit

being fully conversant with the facts and circumstances of

the present case.

2. That I have read and understood the contents of the

Application for additional documents & I.A.s, I state


that the contents therein are true to my personal

knowledge and nothing material has been concealed there

from.

3. That the annexures are true copies of their respective

originals.

I have queries regarding neet pg -2021 counseling process.if I join state round 2 alloted seat in Gujarat .I will able to
participate in all India mop up or not 
Or should I participate in state mop up?
Because in Gujarat there is no seat living penalty till state mop up.please answer me as soon possible.

I joined state R2 seat .but mcc said not allowed to participate in all India mop up if you holding seats in state.
So if I resigned my state seat should I participate in all India mop up?

Sir, i want to know that if state qouta round 2 joined candidate can participate in all india mopup round in PG
councelling?
Kindly give clarification for the same , many students are confused because of not similar answers on calls to
mcc and Gujarat authority.

The humble Application of the
Petitioner above-named

MOST RESPECTFULLY SHEWETH:


1. That the Applicants have filed the present writ petition,

which is pending before this Hon’ble Court.

2. That the petitioner has filed the accompanying petition, the

contents of which are not being repeated for sake of brevity

and the Applicant craves leave to rely upon the same.

3. On account of the restrictions operating in prevailing

circumstances of Covid-19 pandemic, the petitioner cannot

furnish a notarised affidavit & Welfare stamp in support of

the petition. The petitioner undertakes to file the same as

soon as the normal court functioning resumes.

4. It would be expedient and in the interest of justice that the

petitioner be exempted from filing duly attested affidavit in

the prevailing circumstances and the petitioner undertakes to

file the same whenever possible or directed to do so.

5. That the present application is being filed bonafide and to

meet the ends of justice.

PRAYER:

It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon’ble

Court may graciously be pleased to:

a) Exempt the Petitioner from filing original notarised affidavit

& welfare stamp along with the Writ Petition for the time

being; and

b) pass any other or further order(s) as this Hon’ble Court may

deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the

case.
