CHECKLIST FOR QUALITY CONTROL

ACTIVITY : GLAZING AND ACP CLADDING

1 Name,date and number of the drawing

3 All the required material are as approved by the Client .

4 Area ready with necessary plastered and painted works .

5 Scaffolding and safety measures .

6 The MS brackets to anchor the mullions are properly surface treated .

7 Anchor bolts are of specified type and properly grouted .

8 MS bolts are tightened properly

In case of vertacal glazing , the mullions are true to plumb or in correct angle in case of
9 incl;ined glazing and all the transoms are to level .

10 Gaskets are properly inserted in the mullions and transoms prior to installing the glazing
panels .

11 The gap between the masonry and window/structural glazing is as specified.

Glazed Panel Installation

12 Glass and glass processing is as per approval and free from distortion.

Glass /ACP properly bonded with structural silicone sealant and the bite is as per design

requirement
Bonded panel installation in the frame work with glass clips and SS screws maintaining a

specified gap. between the glazed panels .

15 Application of silicone sealant in the gap between the glazed panels is uniform and
suitable backer rod is also used .

16 Glass is cleaned with mild soap solution

17 Flashing affect is as required

18 The gap between the masonry and window/structural glazing unit is filled with weather
proof sealant with suitable backer rod .

Aluminium Composite Panel cladding .

19 Main frame is properly anchored as per design requirements .

20 Grids are correct

21 ACP protection sheet is not disturbed / or damaged .

22 ACP is plane enough .

23 Gap between the adjacent panels is 10 to 12 mm .

Gap between the adjacent panels is filled with weather proof sealant with suitable
24 backer rod .

25 Protection sheet is removed after proper installation as specified .
