    RE: Request for Certification

    Dear Sirs:

    The undersigned public attorney is the counsel of defendants (the “client”) in the case entitled
    L.P. Leviste & Co., Inc. vs. Gabino Sabino, Jr. & all those claiming rights under him , Civil Case No. 6010-
    20.

    Please be informed a copy of Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-2898 (“subject title”) is attached to
    the complaint filed against our client. A copy of the subject title is attached herein as Annex “A”.

    In connection hereto, we would like to request for a certification as to the existence of the subject
    title as well as the authenticity of the same considering that our client was being ejected on their property
    on the basis of the subject title only.

    Note that a mere certification will suffice. Should you have any query relative to this letter, please
    feel free to call our office number 545-5641.
