Topic: What are attachment styles and how do they affect our lives?

Thesis: Our childhoods and past trauma affect our current attachment styles. Understanding our

own attachment styles can lead to healthier relationships and happier lives.

- This article goes in depth about the different attachment styles in different stages

of life. Stephanie illustrates how parenting styles influence our perception of love,

may it be familial, platonic, or romantic. She also plainly defines attachment and

speaks on attachment theory.

- This article includes modern terminology for the different attachment styles. It’s a

lot more reader-friendly and references useful novels which detail different styles.

It is more personal to the author, so it offers a more personal take on the influence

of attachment styles.
