1 WEEK DIET PLAN FOR AVERAGE HEALTHY PERSON

Seeds Overnight + drink Upma with peanuts Fruit 1/2 cup Lal Masoor Daal, Khichdi with
in the morning with ¾ cup rice vegetables
or 1 ½ medium roti
Tuesday 1 cup water + 1 Cup Dalia with Seasonal 1 cup Chana Daal, Bhel (Moori) with 1 cup vegetable
1 tsp ACV vegetables Fruit 1/2 cup Bhindi Sabzi cucumber + tomato sabzi with 1 ½
1tsp lemon with ¾ cup rice + roasted peanuts medium roti
or 1 ½ medium roti + 1 glass
buttermilk

Wednesday CCF Tea - Coriander + 1 Cup Vegetable Seasonal 2 stuffed parathas Roasted Chana / Dalia-Moong Daal
Cumin + Fennel Tea semiyan Pulao with Fruit (aloo/methi/palak/mooli) Non-salted Peanuts Khichdi with
¾ cup of curd + 1 glass buttermilk vegetables
Thursday Soak 1Tbsp Sabja/Chia 2 Idlis/Dosa with Seasonal 1 cup Toor Daal, Protein Chaat: 1 cup Lauki / Turai
Seeds Overnight + drink sambar + chutney Fruit 1 cup Mix Veg Sabzi White Matar/ Sabzi with 1 ½
in the morning with ¾ cup rice Gugni Chaat medium roti
or 1 ½ medium roti + 1 glass

Friday 1 cup water + 1 Paneer Sandwich Seasonal 1 cup Lal Masoor Daal Fruits Salad (whole 1 Whole wheat
