Kṛtajña
1. Before starting the practice make sure you have your photograph or
your loved one photograph or your entire family photograph handy in
such a way, that once you finish your practice you open your eyes
and look at the photo rather than somewhere else.
2. You can do this practice anytime and anywhere, but remember the
entire practice is all about the experience so avoid time or places
where your attention is required. So, avoid using this audio while
driving, or any time where your attention is in demand.
3. Every day we will send our materials at a chosen time, so kindly wait
till that and make sure to practice the given steps before you pickup
the next topic.
5. Remember the experience comes from practice and not from hearing
or reading. So, PRACTICE PRACTICE PRACTICE.
7. You might have the same experience or might not have the experience
in both the ways kindly express what you felt and never discuss or
argue in the group.
8. We all are here for the Divine cause keep that in mind rather than any
specific personal agendas.
9. The 21 days will give you a clear picture of what your made up of.
10. The energy exchange for the entire practice is how you experience so
we value what you feel.

Day 6
Dear participant, Welcome to Day 6 Kṛtajña.
It's so nice that today we are going to show our Kṛtajña gratitude to the
gadgets. Yes, gadgets. So it can be right from your watch to your latest
mobiles, computers, car keys, the automatic keys and all those. And there are
so many gadgets, electrical gadgets, electronical gadgets and so many others
too.
Today we are living with so many gadgets that about 40 years back, people did
not have. Yes, about 40 years back, the electricity was not even available in
many parts of our country. Today, we have it.
In the list of the gadget the best product is the light. Because today we have
light. Lot of people are fearless, keep ourselves awake or occupied. Everything
has its own advantage and disadvantage too. Making use of it or abusing it, is
because we did not understand the role of the gadget.
Like in those days, people use to spend about 10 or 15 days to calculate and
create 1 year calendar. But today on a click of a button, we have the calendars
for next 100 years.
• With the latest technology, are we making use of these valuable time?
• What a great resource isn’t it?
With this we can use the valuable time for some other productive activity. But
what generally people do is use those times for something miserable, even cry
upon stuff that they don't have.
So, everyone, today we will just start our Kṛtajña for gadgets. At this point of
time we are using gadget called mobile. And it can be of anything, even your
watch, electric bulb, TV, computers, earphones, speakers, etc
Make sure that nobody is going to disturb you for the next couple of minutes.

Steps :
1. So sit straight and neck straight Close your eyes. With a broad smile in
your face.
2. Just imagine the mobile phone without a mobile phone, it will be very
difficult to reach someone nowadays. Contemplate how handy. Can we
show the Kṛtajña gratitude? Thank you, and now contemplate the usage of
the mobile phone you could have made a very important call. You could
have read very important information, feel that moment, say thank you. At
some point of time, there might be people who we might have lost. There
might be video or an audio or a photograph, that makes us almost like
living with them. Feel that. Say Kṛtajña thank you. Slow and steady.
3. About 50 years back in 70s, people were sleeping for more than 10 hours
because there was not much of electricity. People would come back to their
home around 06.00 pm or 07:00 pm mostly around the sunset, they settle
down as early as possible, and they will hit their bed by 09:00 pm because
there was not much entertainment after that. This gave them an
opportunity to sleep longer. They would be in a deep sleep by 10:00 pm
and get up as early as possible, somewhere around 4.30 am. In those day,
they were doing a lot of hard work, but still they were felt very energetic,
they lived long, Now because of abusive use of gadgets, We are not sleeping
early and we're not getting up on time. We are not using these applications
for what it is meant for.
5. Now spread the happiness throughout your body. Feel the happiness.
Thank all the gadgets coming to your mind. Make sure you understand the
role of it, the responsibilities and very important the value it add to us.
6. Wish you all the best everyone slow and steady with a few blinks of your
eyes you can open your eyes, look at the photograph, have a broad smile at
your photograph slow and steady, relax come out.
