UNDERTAKING CUM INDEMNITY BOND

do hereby state on solemnly affirm and declare as under:
1. I say that I have appeared for the NEET (PG) 2020 examination
conducted by the --------------------------- to secure admission in the
academic year 2020-2021 on the basis of merit I have been admitted to
the Dr. D. Y. Patil Medical College, Hospital and Research Centre,
Pimpri, Pune (“the College/Hospital”), under the ambit of Dr. D. Y.
Patil Vidyapeeth, Pune (the “University (Deemed to be University)”
through the Common Counselling conducted by the Directorate
General of Health Services (DGHS), Government of India (GOI), New
Delhi through NEET PG All India Rank No. ………………………... By
accepting and confirmation of this admission in the course, I accept to
abide by all the rules, regulations, byelaws and conditions etc.
pertaining to the academic session of the course and service bond
condition, commencing after successful completion of the Course.
3. I say that at the time of securing my admission I have paid a sum of

Rs. ________/- as fees for MD/MS _________ etc. Courses (For One Year
fee). I also say that I am aware that the repeater (failure) fees will be
charged as per the rules and guidelines of the concerned authority.
4. I, further state that, in consideration of admission to 1st year MD/MS

course, I shall complete the MD/MS course and accordingly undertake
to pay all the tuition and other fees as prescribed by Dr .D.Y. Patil
Medical College, Pune / Dr. D.Y. Patil Vidyapeeth, (Deemed to be
University) Pune. In the event of my discontinuation of MD/MS course
due to any reason at any point of time after my admission; I along with
my parent/guardian hereby undertake to pay balance tuition and
other fees to Dr .D.Y. Patil Medical College, Pimpri, Pune payable for
the entire course without any demur.
4. I say that I have made a bond with college to serve the college for a
specified period of 1 year after passing my PG course. I hereby declare
and undertake to work in the College/Hospital and shall accept all the
conditions and the regulation pertaining to my appointment and for
the said acceptance I agree specifically declare as under and abide to
execute this Deed of Contract of Service as under:

a) abide by all the conditions, bye-laws, rules, regulations and
restrictions or orders, directions, suggestions, implementations,
services or other work and responsibility, allotted to, imposed on
me, if any, by the College and the University (Deemed to be
University), while I will be in service.
b) Not to conduct or engage myself in any private tuitions or private

coaching classes. I also not to engage myself in other job paid full-
time, part-time, or otherwise, during the continuance of my
services, without the permission of the competent authority.
c) my appointment may be terminated at any time, by the either

side/ party, by giving one month’s notice or one month’s pay in
lieu of the notice period, provided, however, as per the University
(Deemed to be University) rules, appointment order conditions, I
cannot have service during academic term, which may cause
unaccountable and irreparable loss to the students, the College,
and the University (Deemed to be University). Comply and
complete the syllabus and portion, as per the rules of the College,
University (Deemed to be University) and/or as assigned by the
Principal of the College.
d) Not claim any additional facilities other than those given in my

appointment order/ ordinarily given to those of the employees as
such nature.
e) declare that I shall complete syllabus prescribed by the University

(Deemed to be University) and abide to comply the one year
services in hospital of the College/ University (Deemed to be
University) on whatever the post and the salary as per the
decision of the management of the University (Deemed to be
University)/ College during the job of one year.
f) During the period of my service, I shall not directly or indirectly

do such things, including ragging of students which are
subversive to the interest of the Society / University (Deemed to
be University)/ College/ student/Colleagues.
g) Not to indulge in activity and strike which will cause disrepute to

the University (Deemed to be University) or the College.
h) Take care of the students and shall preclude them to do the

misconduct, misbehavior, illegal activities, etc., which shall be
consequential for cancellation of their admission or face the
police/ or other inquiry.
i) I also agree that, I have read and understood thoroughly, the UGC
Regulations on Curbing the Menace of Ragging in Higher
Educational Institution, 2009 and other Regulations/ Guidelines
of the UGC from time to time, and agrees to abide by the
condition that I shall neither engage in any activity of ragging nor
allow anybody, staff/student of the First Party or others to do any
set of ragging and also agrees to report promptly any
case/incidence of ragging, which comes to my notice, to the
higher authorities of concerned persons and also agrees to keep
vigil on any such incidence, at all the times.
j) Not claim promotion as a matter of right for the additional

qualification that, even if I may acquire, during the said period of
my service.

k) Not to claim any right of re-appointment, permanent benefit or
other claim against the College and/or the University (Deemed to
be University).
l) to convey ready and convey my consent to give a service-bond for

a period of one year commencing from the date of completion of
the Course and shall serve till one complete year, thereafter.
m) I further agree, admit and undertake to serve the College/Hospital

for a period of 1 year after passing my course. I further agree and
undertake to complete the said period of 1 year. I further say that
if I fail to complete the said period of 1 year for whatsoever reason
or breach of conditions of this undertaking then in that case I will
be immediately be liable to pay to the College an amount of
Rs.50,00,000/- and the said College will be entitled to invoke the
Bond, Indemnity and undertaking and take steps in accordance
with law.
5. This undertaking is given without any coercion, undue influence or

threat and by free consent. The contents herein above are red over and
understood by me, and true to the best of my knowledge and belief,
and for the confirmation I have signed under it by my own consent and
free will.
What is stated above is true and correct. I along with my parent/guardian do

hereby undertake to act accordingly. This, the …………. day of
