IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR TRAINING LETTER

1. Students should ensure that prior to filling the details of TRAINING LETTER
they have filled the practical training/ internship activity registration form
given on link- https://forms.gle/KpJuWdS9A34wKLUt7

No training letter will be issued to any student without him


registering on the above link.

2. The student should submit the printout and get the signed letter from office
of the PTP Department will keep record of all such letters issued and
share the list of such students with the respective department. Student
should carefully note that only those students whose name is there in the
training letter issue list of the department will be awarded marks for
practical training. If as per the official record if it is found that student has
not obtained any signed letter from the PTP Office his training marks will
not be submitted on the exam portal.

3. Student should take the print out of relevant letter required by him and
submitted along with College ID copy for official seal & signature at PTP
Office.

Please note that “TRAINING LETTER IS NOT VALID WITHOUT


OFFICIAL SEAL & SIGNATURE”.

4. For getting the request letter student should ensure that he fills complete
details for the desired company.

5. Student should enter the email address carefully and correctly


because pdf of training letter will be sent on the email address.

DEFINITION OF RL / OL / CL
RL (i.e. REQUEST LETTER)
Request letter is generally issued to those students who can
manage Practical Training on their own efforts. It is particularly
issued for a specified Company/Industry.

OL (i.e. OPEN LETTER)


Open Letter is issued to those students to manage their Practical
Training at their own arrangement and it is also valid for more than
one Company / Industry.

CL (i.e. CLOSED LETTER)


Closed seats are arranged by the College from various Companies /
Industries throughout India. Closed seats issued to those students
who have not able to make their Practical Training at own basis.

Note:- NO CHANGES WILL BE ALLOWED AFTER ALLOTMENT

Sir,

With due respect and humble request, I beg to say that I am interested to do practical training after B.Tech 4th
semester / 6th semester and MBA 2nd semester examination. It is part of the examination
scheme/syllabus of University Department/Rajasthan Technical University, Kota. Kindly issue me the
following practical training letter for 45 days between 10th May to 15th July 2022 for 6th sem and 1st
June, 2022 to 20th July, 2022 for 4th sem. My details are as below:-

INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE STUDENTS UNDERGOING PRACTICAL TRAINING DURING SUMMER VACATION (BETWEEN MAY TO JULY 2021) IN
VARIOUS INDUSTRIAL ORGANISATIONS

1. The practical training facilities are generally granted by the industrial organization without any claim by the students trainee. No compensation is
payable to the trainee by the College. However, the Training Centers may grant any stipend T.A. & D.A. free lodging & boarding to the students on
their own discretion. In case of any accident/casualty College/University is not liable to pay any compensation.
2. The students should report to the training centers on or well before the date of commencement of training.
3. The students are required to furnish their personal bio-data bonds, securities, clearance certificate issued by the police etc., if required by the
Training Centers.
4. The students must abide by the rules/terms & conditions of the student trainees as lay down by the industrial organization.
5. They should carry with them their identity cards and two recent passports size photographs for verification, gate pass, etc.
6. Students are required to send their joining reports to PTP Office, UD, RTU, Kota within two days of joining the training/centre countersigned by the
training superintendent.
7. During the training period the students must be regular, punctual and well behaved and seek prior permission of training supervisor to leave the
training centre or to remain absent at organization/factory/department on any day.
8. While undergoing the practical training the students are required to maintain a daily work diary duly checked/signed by the training Supervisor from
time to time.
9. After Completion of training,
a. the students are required to submit the final training report (HAND WRITTEN) to the Training coordinator of respective Department.
b. copy of training certificate (mentioning the duration & date of training) duly signed by the training Supdt. Of the
organization/factory/department.

1. I will arrange Practical Training myself on the basis of RL/OL issued to me by PTP Office.
2. I will be completely responsible for successful completion of Training.
3. I will not change my Training site once the allotment of seat / confirmation has been received after
submitting RL/OL/CL.
4. I will inform the PTP Office as soon as confirmation or allotment of Training seat is received by me.
In such cases the company refuses/cancelled the training seat, I will arrange my Practical Training of
my own.
5. I undertake that the permission granted to me is academic calendar dependent. In case, the
academic calendar is revised, I will change the training schedule accordingly.
6. I am responsible for any loss of studies, classes, exams, other activities & any part of studies
or health loss (Covid).
7. I AM GOING FOR ABOVE TRAINING AT MY OWN RISK. I am responsible for any loss of
studies, classes, exams, other activities & any part of studies or health loss (Covid).

UNDERTAKING

I shall abide by all rules & regulation of Company/Industries during the training period. I shall follow all
terms & condition as laid down in the enclosed leaf. I shall undertake training at my own risk & cost.

In case of any mishap during the training period, there will be no liability of the
Company/Industry/organization and will not claim any compensation against any accident/mishap.
Company/Industry/organization shall have fully authority to terminate my training against any kind of non
compliance of term & conditions without assigning any reason.

Accordingly, he/she is required to undergo practical training for 45 days, tentatively between 10th
May to to 15th July 2022 for 6th sem. and 1st June to 20th July, 2022 for 4th sem.

The students are required to cut short the Internship/Training period and report back to the institute
immediately in case of any such requirement from the institute.

The student is responsible for any loss of studies, classes, exams, other activities & any part of
studies or health loss (Covid).

I request you to provide him/her necessary permission and facilities at your organization for this
purpose. We shall also appreciate if he/she is entrusted a project during the training tenure in order to
get a better insight of your plant / centre. It may be an independent project of very small magnitude or
a small section of an already running project with or without stipend. I assure you that he/she will
contribute his/her utmost effort towards the completion of the project. It may be kindly noted that the
permission granted in this reference will be in addition to our committed seats, and that this letter is
valid only with the original sign & seal of the office.
