The municipal disaster risk reduction and management council of Polanco, Zamboanga del Norte met on March 11, 2022. They passed Resolution No. 02 which appropriates 1.75 million pesos from the quick response fund for emergency projects, including rerouting a irrigation canal for 1 million pesos, purchasing fertilizer for 500,000 pesos, and giving financial assistance of 250,000 pesos to homes damaged by flash flooding. The resolution was unanimously approved and certified by the secretary and presiding officer.

“A RESOLUTION APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF ONE MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED FIFTY


THOUSAND (₱1,750,000.00) TAKEN FROM THE QUICK RESPONSE FUND 2022 FOR EMERGENCY
PROJECTS.”

THEREFORE, on motion by Engr. Manuel A. Leones duly seconded by Mr. Veronico Gallon, be it;
RESOLVED, as this body hereby resolved to pass a resolution appropriating the amount of One Million
Seven Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (₱1,750,000.00) taken from the Quick Response Fund 2022 for the following
Emergency Projects:

1. Reroute of Silalela Irrigation Main Canal - ₱1,000,000.00


2. Purchase of Fertilizer - 500,000.00
3. Financial Assistance to totally and partially
Damaged houses by the flashflood 250,000.00
₱1,750,000.00
