CAREER OBJECT:
To build up my experience by putting all my efforts and my knowledge in
the field of Heat Ventilation and Air Conditioning Systems(HVAC) for the
accredation of quality and profitability of the organization and executive the works

Undergone a Practical Training (Certificate Course) from -HVAC

TRAINING INSTITUTE. The course consists of Fundamentals, Types of A/C
systems, Duct sizing, Duct routing, Air distribution, Survey of building, Static
pressure calculations, Cooling load calculations, Pipe size calculations, DW 144
standards and practice on HVAC software’s (ELITE, CHVAC & RHVAC,
ASHRAE). This course helps in Designing, Erection, Estimation, Commissioning
& Maintenance of HVAC & R system (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and
Refrigeration including Plumbing and Fire Fighting Services).
RESPONSIBILITIES HANDLED AS A DESIGN ENGINEER:
It was involved in design of Air Conditioning system for multistoried building.

The duties and responsibilities which I can handle independently and give the
best out put to the company are as given below.

RESPONSIBILITIES HANDLED AS A PROJECT ENGINEER:
 Estimation of Material Requirement
 Preparation and Monitoring of project schedule & project trackers for Shop
drawings, Material delivery & work progress of HVAC Projects.
 Coordinating with other facility providers to ensure smooth completion of project in

time without any rework.
 Coordinating with Client Representative for handing over process.
Coordinating with other engineering disciplines in all aspects during the

development of works to ensure that all HVAC site activities are conducted
under controlled conditions as per shop drawings, method statements,
specifications and work plan.
 Conducting meetings with Consultants, Clients and Contractors for reviewing

project progress, design and delivery targets/issues and preparing consolidated
reports.
 Check Sub-contractor work in compliance with project.
 Preparing weekly, monthly summery sheets and close out reports to submit to
Project manager for updating all the site activities.
 Up dating all the site activities.
 Specification. Reviewing inspection daily reports submitted by client upon

completion of the Job.
 Identify and communicate all schedule deviations and potential problems.Work

closely with project control personal to monitor the schedule.
 Mobilize & controlling of manpower, equipment and materials at site. Ensure

condition of all equipment and if require make necessary preventive maintenance.
 Communication & correspondence with clients and higher authorities.
