Panggu Sapierro is a small business owned by the young entrepreneur of Panggulayan. It offers
two variety of delicious and nutritious viand, the Gourmet Tuyo and Mixed Vegetables. It is located
along the highway in Sitio Rosas 1 Panggulayan. The goal of the business is to provide a nutritious, tasty
and one-of-a-kind product (Gourmet Tuyo and Mixed Vegetables) with an affordable price and health
benefits. They also wanted to be known not only in nearby barangay but also in different part of
Pinamalayan. Thus, they used different strategies to achieve their goals. They put their product in a tetra
pack to make it more attractive, durable, and affordable while lessening their expense. However, to get
ahead of competition and to market their product, they used Facebook page and word of mouth. They
will also conduct free tasting for the customers know the existence, the taste and the texture of their

COMPANY PROFILE
Panggu Sappiero is a small business run by the ABM students which offers two kinds of dish, the
Gourmet Tuyo and Mixed Vegetables containing a string beans, carrots and chayote. These two products
are grounded for its durability, affordability and freshness. Orders are accepted every Wednesday to
Friday then delivered every Saturday. For nearby customers, they offer free delivery while distant
village has a shipping fee of 30 pesos.
The business is named Panggu Sappiero which is derived from the name of each village where
the members live. The word Panggu came from the barangay of Panggulayan and Sappiero from the
barangay of Rosas and Pier. And to be able to start running the business, each members invests to
produce a total of 1109 pesos which became capital. The customer can found and buy our product along
the cross road of Sitio Rosas 1.
BUSINESS STRUCTURE
Panggu Sapierro is a general partnership business that consists of 12 owners. We are all share to
all liabilities and responsibility equally. We are all both take part in the day to day operations of the
business.
Panggu Sapierro Gourmet Tuyo in Corn Oil (Mild spicy) is a delicious, savory Filipino fish
delicacy that can be enjoyed in many different ways. You can serve this special panggu Sapierrro tuyo
dish over rice, pasta or you can mix it with your favorite dishes. This product is made from deboned
fillets or dried herring simmer in garlic corn oil and spices. While, panggu sapierro mixed vegetables
consist of different vegetables such as carrots, string beans and sayote that are cut into strips and mixed
together with the other ingredients.
In addition, Panggu Sapierro Gourmet Tuyo and Mixed Vegetables are not only delicious but
they also have health benefits to our body. It makes up for teeth and bones. It is also high in proteins and
minerals like vitamin A, B2, C and D. They are not just culinary masterpieces but also foods that work
together to make you more healthy.
On the other hand, the packaging is reusable for it was made of plastic. It is transparent on the
front, allowing you to see the content inside for it was place in a tetra pack that can make the product
more durable. The competitive advantage of the product is the savory taste, the attractiveness of the
packaging and also it is available for free delivery. The price of the product is lower than our
competitors. We sell our product for only 75 pesos to 85 pesos.

MARKETING PLAN
TARGET MARKET
Our target market is all the people in different area of Pinamalayan and nearby barangay with an
age of 20-70 years which can afford our product. We are also looking forward for more customers
outside our barangay for we are using online platforms to sell our products.
MARKETING OBJECTIVES

With our business, we can provide nutritionally complete dishes from 8 A.M- 5 P.M for the
majority of moms who enjoy Gourmet Tuyo and Mixed Vegetables and other people who prefer
exclusive dishes. Our Gourmet Tuyo is nutritious and delicious and it is open to deliver the product to
our customers for free. The packaging is reusable and can make the content more durable for it was
placed in a tetra pack.
MARKETING STRATEGIES
We all know that packaging, labeling, and taste of the product is an effective way to attract the
customers and buyers to buy. Thus, we make our packaging more attractive. We put labels in our
Gourmet Tuyo and Mixed Vegetables for the customers to know the expiration date and the ingredients
we used in making our product. We also put our product in a tetra pack to make it attractive while
lessening the expense.
DISTRIBUTION CHANNEL
The business sells and distributes the product to different stores and to the people within and
nearby our barangay. It also distributed through online platforms and intermediaries for it will boost
sales and create brand awareness.
Online Platform. It would be an advantage to promote our products in these days of pandemic
digitally. Most of the people stay at home and use their social media accounts to buy their needs and
wants. The owner will make Facebook pages for the consumers to know the existence of our business
and benefits. It also offers free delivery in order for our customers to not go outside if they want to buy
our product. At an additional, the owner constructs a store along the highway in Sitio Rosas 1,
Panggulayan, for the costumers nearby barangay.
Word of Mouth. Family and friends can be trusted and valued, so we believe that maintaining
them as a loyal customer can help us increase revenue and create brand awareness for the consumers
wants to buy at stores that are familiar to them.
Free Taste. The business conduct free tasting for the consumers know the ingredients that have
been used in preparing the product, the taste and the benefits it can give to them.
PRICING STRATEGIES
There are many things to consider in pricing a product, the competitors, the interest, the expense
and the consumers. We knew that our competitors sell their product for only 70 pesos so, to get ahead in
competition we need to lower the price of our product. At first, it is difficult to decide because the glass
jar is 25 pesos and other ingredients is almost 50 pesos so, we have nothing to earn if we sell it lower
than 70, thus, we put our gourmet tuyo and mixed vegetables in a tetra pack instead of glass jar to lessen
the expense and for the consumers afford the price of our product.
The business will be used Facebook page and word of mouth to market the product. Every week
they spend 53 pesos for mobile load for them to be able to answer the inquiries of the customers and also
to advertise their product.

down organizational structure for it was determined by the owner and then passed down the chain of
command.
The immersions give us a great experience that may help us in our future career. It is not just
giving us commissions but also give us knowledge to handle and manage a small business. We learned
that we need to be strategic and considerate in constructing a business. It is not just about earning money
and seizing opportunities but also analyzing all the aspect of environment to provide a one of a kind
product that may satisfied the customers and consumer.

have an effective way for that matter.Since,not all of the ingredient that they needed is not always
available in the market ,they get 2 options, Supplier A and Supplier B to ensure that there is no shortage
in their supplies.They also identify their target customers for them to get a head of competition and to
know the ability of the customers to buy their product.
On the other hand, they also look for a specific place where they can build their store which is
accessible and can aatract consumers and travelers.Thus,they will build their store at the crossroad of

For the business reach those potential customers, it will be using virtual and personal
selling. Our Facebook page is open to answer all the question and giving information about our existing
product. Every Wednesday to Friday, we are collecting orders for our customers while, every Saturday
we had to deliver their orders.

We get our supplies and raw materials to our trusted suppliers, Glen Store and Tosa Store. We
assigned one member who will bought supplies to them. In buying raw materials, we always make sure
that it is fresh and clean. We spend 60 pesos for our transportation, 396 for the preparation of our
gourmet tuyo and 330 for our mixed vegetables weekly.
