Responsibilities:
Provide timely and effective support and resolution towards the delivery of Strategic Applications
Services (i.e: helpdesk, Change Request).
Ensure Service performance is at the optimum level and continuously seek improvement,
innovativeness and service efficiency.
Execute the assigned project tasks/roles run under DST.
Ensure that the assigned project deliverables are carried out on time.
Note: could run multiple projects at a time.
Adhere to Group IT defined policies, guidelines and procedures during the execution of duties.
Comply with IT standards and achieve high compliance level.
