    JOB DESCRIPTION

    Job Title SAP Application Support


    Job Type Permanent with Abhidi Solution
    Work Location Seksyen 26, Shah Alam, Selangor

    Job Responsibilities (Should describe major responsibilities)


     As part of DST team, report to Manager, SAP & Strategic Applications in supporting & improving
    Strategic Applications related solutions to the F&N Group of companies.
     Handling and resolutions for Strategic Apps related issues reported by users.
     Collect, analyze, and map business requirements to systems functionalities, perform system
    prototyping involving system configuration and set-up, testing, configuration, user training,
    documentation and implementation of systems solutions.
     Assist in establishing and advise on business processes and work flows that efficiently support
    business operations, based on the group’s harmonized processes and industry’s best practices.
     Play Project Team member’s role as and when necessary, organize and/or support project
    implementations from kick-off through post-implementation phase via the internal project
    management methodology committed to timely and successful implementations.
     Keep abreast with technological advancements and developments, and industry’s best practices as
    potential and improved solutions for the group’s business requirements.
     Manage & advise on systems access authorization, ensure adherence to systems security procedure,
    and responsible for overall system & data processing integrity.
     Ensure adherence to IT standards, policies, guidelines, and procedures in the execution of duties.

    Responsibilities:
     Provide timely and effective support and resolution towards the delivery of Strategic Applications
    Services (i.e: helpdesk, Change Request).
     Ensure Service performance is at the optimum level and continuously seek improvement,
    innovativeness and service efficiency.
     Execute the assigned project tasks/roles run under DST.
     Ensure that the assigned project deliverables are carried out on time.
     Note: could run multiple projects at a time.
     Adhere to Group IT defined policies, guidelines and procedures during the execution of duties.
     Comply with IT standards and achieve high compliance level.

    Qualifications (Should describe qualifications required)


     Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering or related field preferred 

    Skills (Should describe skills required)


    Requirements:
     3-4 years of managing day to day support of applications & project management.
     Experience in manufacturing industry particularly in Fast Moving Consumer Products (FMCG) will be
    added advantages.
     Ability to manage & support strategic Applications.
     For Technical Development: competencies in developing and performs SQL scripting.
     Knowledge in any of Transport Management System/Joget/Kofax will be an
    added advantage.
     Excellent communication & organization skills.
     Exceptional analytical, conceptual, problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities.
