3. Using Conditions
3-1 CH30F/CH40F
(2) For photomicrography, use the heat absorption filter (45HA) in combination. with this
frame.
Temperature: 0 to 40°C
Humidity: 30 to 90%
(4) When the 100X objective is used, the field diaphragm image cannot be focused.
\
(5) When the phase contrast attachment (BHZPC, CH2-PCD, CHsRSlO, CH2-RS40) is
used, the field diaphragm image cannot be focused.
(6) Before replacing the lamp, be sure to turn off the main switch and plug out the power
cord.
(7) After the stage contacts the stopper, do not rotate the X/Y knob.
(8) Do not move the stage and the specimen holder without rotating the stage control knob.
(9) Do not transfer the frame by holding the stage, stage control knob, or observation tube.
3-2 iX4OF
Temperature: 0 to 40°C
Humidity: 30 to 90%
(2) When the 100X objective is used, the field diaphragm image cannot be focused.
(3) When the phase contrast attachment (CX-PCD) is used with the 40X and lOOX’objectives,
