COMMITTEE ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
A. FIRST AID TEAM (FAT)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Assist those needing medical treatment for immediate transport to the nearest Rural Health Unit (RHU) and to the nearest hospital. 2. Set up appropriate first aid kit at the designated evacuation areas. 3. Attend to those who need first aid treatment. 4. Perform other functions as may be directed by the Incident Commander (IC).
B. FIRE SAFETY TEAM (FST)
Focal Person: Cristian M. Sapad (Media Leader) Members: Monet C. Reyes (Filipino Leader) Nenita R. Lumba (Nutrition Leader) Lyn M. Tuiza (Home Economics Leader)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Recommend appropriate measures to minimize fire occurrence within the school premises. 2. Rush to the fire scene and initiate fire control measure using all available fire fighting equipment and tools, whenever there is a fire occurrence within the school premises. 3. Provide necessary action in preventing injury to fire victims/personnel and take proper steps in minimizing damage. 4. Perform other functions as may be directed by the incident coordinator (IC).
C. SITE SECURITY TEAM (SST)
Focal Person: Eduardo I. Grande (Industrial Arts Leader) Members: Maylene M. Tapnio (Property Custodian I) Dulce E. Tuazon (Property Custodian II) Marlyn S. Rosario (ESP Leader / Guidance Counsellor)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Provide number of adequate number of security to prevent possible looting. 2. See to it that persons/personnel loiter within or outside the subject, building or structure during emergency. D. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Purpose: To evaluate the populace and properties systematically in case an emergency or calamity arises. Specific: 1. Quickly alert building occupants and direct them in getting out the vicinity to the designated evacuation area; the conduct will minimize loss of life, confusion during movement and neglect vital needs. 2. Conduct final and quick check of the rooms and offices to ensure that all the occupants have vacated the place/buildings. 3. Ensure the proper handling and assessment of all damaged properties and equipment. 4. Coordination with the SDRRMC when the selection of the evacuation site is desired. 5. Lateral coordination with other Disaster Action Team for need assistance and support. 6. Perform other functions as may be directed by the Incident Commander (IC).
E. COMMUNICATION TEAM (CT)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Purpose: To provide, operate, and maintain continuous and reliable communications and adequate warning system throughout the period and pending and / or existing disasters and calamities. Specific: 1. Notify key officials, the personnel and the students on the status of the situation using available means of communication. 2. Inform and coordinate with the concerned officers in case of fire, earthquake, floods, etc. 3. Relay / disseminate information to different Team as directed by the IC. 4. Perform other functions as may be directed by the Incident Commander
