NOTE
The entire area for the device is as shown in Figure 1.1. To maintain
optimal efficiency, space should be allocated with satisfying the installation
space as shown below.
Before installing the device, you should first consider the location
and space for installation.
Every side of the device should be at least 30cm away from the
wall.
1580mm(158cm)
482mm(48cm)
400mm(40cm)
The wall socket outlet should include at least two units of terminals
and grounding terminals.
First check whether the output power from the outlet within the
wall is single phase, 100~240VAC and 50/60Hz before connecting
the power plug.
For the safety of patients, operator and staff members and electrical
safety, you should connect the external ground terminal of the

5. Hold the case of the touch screen LCD and open it very slowly as
shown in Figure 1.5.
CAUTION
Never use excessive force on areas other than the touch screen

2. Unbind the Velcro Tapes fixing the metal jacket including the
optical fiber with handpiece as shown in Figure 1.6.
3. Take out the optical fiber with handpiece very carefully. (See the
Caution below)
4. Hook the optical fiber in the groove of the stand as shown in Figure
1.7.
CAUTION
Don’t wind the optical fiber to a diameter less than 24cm or pull
or twist it. Such actions will severely damage the optical fiber
and lead to degradation in its output. Such improper handling
of the fiber will void the coverage of the warranty of the
product.
5. As shown in Figure 1.8, hook the handpiece using the stopper in the
handpiece hook or in the stand hook.

- Insert the foot switch connector in the socket of the main power
module located in the lower rear side. While pulling the metallic part
of the foot switch connector backward, insert it into the socket, then
you will hear a frictional sound that indicates that the foot switch
connector has fitted into the socket hole correctly
- The foot switch connector is not designed for another type of socket.
If you use excessive force while attempting to insert it into a socket
of a different type, it may get damaged. Please be careful at all times.
- Insert it very firmly until you have secured the ground for the power
supply. At this time, you should not insert the power plug into the
outlet on the wall.
1. Position the device in a place that satisfies the requirements for the
installation space set out in 1.3 of this manual.
2. By stepping on the fixing area for the moving wheel on the front
side of the device, you may lock the position of the device.
CAUTION
Before moving the device, first, maintain the secure positions
of the handpiece, the optical fiber, the power cord and the foot
switch. Hold the moving handle and pull the device very slowly
