Electric power supplied to MOSAIC HP Laser System should satisfy

the following requirements in order to maintain optimal efficiency and
electrical safety.

 The wall socket outlet should include at least two units of terminals
and grounding terminals.

 First check whether the output power from the outlet within the
wall is single phase, 100~240VAC and 50/60Hz before connecting
the power plug.

 A 250VAC/3A(or 125VAC/6A) fuse is used to protect the device

from over voltage or current. If the fuse is open-circuited, then you
should contact the Customer Support Department of Lutronic Corp.

1.4.3 STEP 3: Connecting the Accessories

1. Remote Interlock
- Insert the remote interlock in the socket of the main power module
located in the lower rear side. While pulling the metallic part of the
remote interlock backward, insert it into the socket, and then you will
hear a frictional sound that indicates that the interlock has fitted into
the socket hole correctly.

- The remote interlock is not designed for another type of socket. If

you use excessive force while attempting to insert it into a socket of a
different type, it may get damaged. Please be careful at all times.

2. Foot Switch
- Insert the foot switch connector in the socket of the main power
module located in the lower rear side. While pulling the metallic part
of the foot switch connector backward, insert it into the socket, then
you will hear a frictional sound that indicates that the foot switch
connector has fitted into the socket hole correctly

- The foot switch connector is not designed for another type of socket.
If you use excessive force while attempting to insert it into a socket
of a different type, it may get damaged. Please be careful at all times.

3. Main Power Cord

- After making sure that the main power switch of the power terminal
located on the lower rear side is off (O-Position), mount the power
cord in the main power socket of the power terminal.

- Insert it very firmly until you have secured the ground for the power
supply. At this time, you should not insert the power plug into the
outlet on the wall.

MOSAIC HP  Chapter 1. Installation

CAUTION

The direction of the handpiece should be face downward. You

should not lift the handpiece to look at the direction of it or
examine it from the horizontal view while inserting it. Follow
this instruction in order to prevent any alien substance from
entering into the optical device of the handpiece and avoid any
dangerous situation that may arise in the course of installation.

1.5.2 STEP 2: Applying the Main Power

 Make sure that the status of main power switch is off (O-Position).

 Connect the power plug for the main power cord to the outlet on
the wall.

CAUTION

When the device is not used, make sure that the status of main
power switch is off (O-Position). In addition, if the device is left
unused for a long period of time, remove the main power cord
