    Sir:

    I am Gretchell C. Yurag, a Teacher II of Keytodac National High School of the


    School Division of Sultan Kudarat and have been teaching in the Senior High School
    – ICT teacher for four years.

    This is to express my intent to seek transfer from my present school, Keytodac


    National High School of the School Division of Sultan Kudarat to a nearby school
    within the Municipality of Isulan, Sultan Kudarat or in other schools in nearest
    municipalities for the following reasons as stated herein based on the Deped Order
    #22, s 2013:

    1. Where, I am a bonafide resident and a voter of Barangay Kenram, Isulan,


    Sultan Kudarat;
    2. Where, the distance of our place to my station hinders my commitment to
    serve. It’s been my long-time dream to teach at my home town and to serve
    my community. My dream of becoming a teacher started there; I also want to
    be in a stable localization which is in my own municipality. It would be a great
    help towards my personal life especially towards my professional career.
    3. Where, I am travelling for almost four (4) hours from Isulan to my working
    station. Moreover, I am afraid of the possible incidents that will happen along
    my way. I am feeling unsecured but prayer is the only power tool during my
    travelling time;
    4. Where, I am married for almost five (5) years and eventually perseveres to be
    successful on having my own child. With this concern, I want to fulfill my
    dream by this most convenient way I think the best, while in our full
    determination with the guidance of the OB-GYNE. As a determined
    professional teacher who has bolder dreams and ambitions to conquer, I
    plead that I really want to become a mother and savor the essence of being a
    woman.
    5. Where, transferring to a nearest school causes me to spend more time to my
    family especially because I have a two (2) year old female adopted child who
    needs my care, guidance and attention and who for the whole time gave me
    reasons to be courageous, devoted and committed on my teaching career.
    In view of the above-mentioned reasons and in consideration of my right and
    privileges, please understand my situation and I am humbly appealing to your good
    office to consider my intention to transfer. Thank you very much and God bless.
