1 We provide one 12V/2A power adapter for NVR box, 12V/1A power
adapter for cameras. Hard drive inside NVR won’t be recognized if NVR
was powered by wrong adapter.

4 Preparation to setup
Before installation, be sure to have following:
TV/PC monitor (Not laptop or all in one computer), 960P or higher
resolution.
VGA/HDMI cable
Router(WAN)
Hard drive. Hard drive is required for recording. If you purchase the system
without HDD pre-installed, please install one by yourself.
Please make sure the size and configuration should be: 4TB HDD Max can
be supported: Internal, SATA Interface, 3.5/2.5inches.
Notice: This manual is designed for different system model, if your
system has pre-installed hard drive, please skip this step and check
further steps to install the system.
How to install hard drive into NVR box:
Please power off NVR before install hard drive.
Loose the top two screws to remote the cover Connect data wire and power wire to hard drive
Connect data wire and power wire to Main Board Screw HDD to the bottom, replace cover
Notice: New Hard Drive needs to be formatted before recording. After installa-
tion, on your monitor, please navigate to Main Menu>Advanced>HDD Info,
choose the hard drive, click Format Storage.

Camera System Setup
Connect cameras to power supply by 12C/1A power cord.
Connect NVR to the router by provided Ethernet cable, the router must be
WAN(wide area work).
Notice: We provided 9.8ft power cord for each camera. If needed, please
contact customer support for 16.5 or 33ft power extension cable.
After system initialization, camera’s image will comes up one by one in minutes.
If no image comes up, please check FAQ 1.
Or contact Customer Service for tech support.

Installing cameras
Place cameras to location where you plan to installed for testing. Do not attempt
to mount cameras up to wall until you are able to view images on monitor.
Punching positioning: put camera base on the wall, locate the positions of
the holes by pencil.
Using 5mm drill to punch in the marked areas, make sure every hole is
deeper than 30mm.
Knock the plastic rivets into the guide holes and ensure that they are
tightened up
Fixing IPC: The structure of camera is integrated, please use 3 provided
screws to fixcamera on wall.
Please install and adjust camera and antenna angle refer to following
information.

Best placement of cameras in their final location
The NVR’s signal coverage is circular with the NVR’s antennas
in the center. Signal is strongest around the combined NVR
antennas and weak in the area immediately between the 2
antennas.
For best signal reception, cameras should be placed around
the NVR and as close to the same horizontal plane as the
location of the NVR. The camera antennas should be vertical or
perpendicular to the orientation of the two antennas on NVR
box.

Note: Wall, glass or tree will reflect camera’s IR red light at night. So we
don’t recommend to mount cameras around too many obstacles, it will
decrease night vision video quality and accuracy of human detection a

6 System Setup
Change Password: After
installing the system, power NVR
and cameras up by correct power
adapter accordingly, camera image
will show up on screen one by one.
Right click your mouse at monitor,
choose Main Menu, for safety
consideration, you’ll be asked to
change password and set security
questions first.

Log in: Click Next, You’ll see
password page pop up. Input
your password.
Simply click Log in to
access the system.
Check Network Status: please make sure your NVR has been connected
to Router by Ethernet cable, on your monitor, please navigate into Main
Menu>Network, make sure DHCP is selected, choose Net Service>Cloud,
check whether it’s Connected or not.

Notice: If it’s not Connected status, please click Cancel get back to Network
page, tick off DHCP, click OK, navigate into Network page again, select DHCP
click OK. (Recheck the DHCP button).
Then, unplug the system from power supply for a while, plug it back again,
navigate into Main Menu>Network>Net Service>Cloud, check whether it’s
Connected or not.
Step2:navigate back into Network page, select DHCP again, click OK.
Step3:Then, please unplug the NVR box from power supply for a while, plug it
back again to double check result in Main Menu>Network>Net Service>Cloud page

7 How to customize record plan
Warm notice: A hard drive is required for recording. If the hard drive
was purchased separately, please install it into NVR box as page 3,
format it before using.
The system default setting is both 24/7 continuous recording and human
detection recording. If you want to change it to time schedule recording
based on your own schedule. Please check following information.
at home from 7:00am to 9:00am, 17:00pm to 19:00pm, you can set period 1 as
7:00—9:00, period 2 as 17:00—19:00 for regular record)
Enable Regular behind period, click OK. Select another channel, set record
schedule again as same steps. Cameras will record continually within each
time period and when human detection alarm triggered.

8 How to customize human detection alarm plan
Human detection function has already been turned on before shipping, system
will detect and record human movements 24/7 continually under each
camera’s whole coverage, floodlight will be triggered only when human detected at
night (when environment is dark).
Click Period: please select All as week, set human detection periods
based on your own schedule. (Like when you are not at home from
7:00am to 9:00am, 17:00pm to 19:00pm, you can set period 1 as
7:00—9:00, period 2 as 17:00—19:00), click OK.
MD Interval: the shortest time between two human movement
triggered event.
Record Channel: Select which channel start to record when this
camera catch human movement. For example, you can enable all
channels to record when the front door camera detect human.

Tour: When which camera detected human movement, it’ll zoom in
full screen.
Snapshot: please make sure related channel has been selected.
Otherwise, app notification won’t be sent.
Alarm Action: please select whether show message(NVR screen
notification), mobile reported (App alert), buzzer(NVR beep) or send
email when human movement happens. (if email alert needed, please
enable it here, then, check FAQ3 about how to setup email).

9 Smart Playback
On home screen, please right click the mouse-- navigate to Playback,
Common Playback:
Choose the Channel and Date, click Search button. Timeline in colors
will show up at bottom of screen, different color refer to different record
type, click timespot on the timeline to start playback. Right click your
mouse, choose UpWindow to navigateout.
Check human detection recording only: the red line refer to Human Alarm
recording, put your mouse on the timeline, scroll mouse, the timeline will be
expanded, please click on the red line to check human detection recording.

Playback Based on Face Search: On home screen, please right click the
mouse-- navigate to Playback, choose Face Search, select channel, date
and click OK. You’ll see how many people entered the area in that day.
Click the play icon on thumbnail picture to view the human recordings.

10 Backup
Please kindly noted that System has overwrite function, old files will be
deleted when HDD is full. Please backup important video to your computer
via USB flash drive as following information.
1 From the home screen, please right click your mouse, choose Main Menu-
System Setup>Backup, inset a USB flash drive into the USB port of NVR box,
click Detect, after the flash been searched out, please select it, click Backup.
2 Select Record Type, channel, set start time and end time, click Add, video
files will show up in the area, please select target file, click Start.

When human movement detected, instant app alert will be sent to your smart
phone, simply click on the message, you’ll navigate into the APP to start
preview,
click button at upper left corner, choose Alarm Push, click on the device
name (red circle area), you can check the human detection message with color
snapshot.

Notice: This system applied one way audio, cannot delivery sound from phone to
camera end, microphone button doesn’t work.

13 Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What if one or two cameras show offline? How can I add them
again.
1. Please try to swap camera power adapter for testing, just in case
power cord issue.
2. From the home screen, please right click your mouse, choose
Wireless>Channel Set, click Search>Quick Set, cameras will be searched
and added again automatically.
3. If problem remains, please place the camera closer to NVR, if image
show up, it’ll be signal issue, please change the camera’s location.
4. If still no image when put camera closer, this camera must lost connection
with NVR. Please match its code with NVR as following:
Step1: please connect it to NVR by Ethernet cable directly.
Step2: on your monitor, please go to Wireless, click Code for Wireless, the camera
will built wifi connection with NVR again.

Q2: What if I forgot my system login password?
A: 1. On your monitor screen, you can click Forgot Password button to reset
password by Question Security Password.
Note: If enter wrong password up to three times, the user will be locked, please
reboot the system or try again after half an hour later.

Q6: How can I get human detection notifications on my Smart Phone?
A: After setup human detection alarm on monitor, please select Mobile
Reported at Intelligent Alert page. On your phone app, please open Alarm
push. If problem remains, check page 19 of user manual.

Q10: What if my USB flash drive
cannot be detected by the system?
Q12: Why I cannot add the device to the app? My system show
Disconnected in Main Menu>Advanced>Version page.
A: 1. Please make sure Wireless NVR has been connected to router by Ethernet
cable. The light on network port of NVR box is flashing yellow and green.

2. If the light is off, please try to swap Ethernet cable for testing, just in case
the Cable is bad. Also, please make sure your router can provide Internet
service by Ethernet cable indeed.
3. If the light is on, please try to navigate into Main Menu>Network, tick off
DHCP, click OK, select DHCP again, click OK. Then, reboot your NVR box to
double check result.
4. If problem remains, you may need to set the system IP address manually,
please contact customer service for tech support.
Q14: Do I need to set the system only record when human detected for
saving hard drive storage?
A: Our system has most advanced video data compression
technology, 1TB hard drive can record more than 2 week 24/7 continually.
When hard drive is full, oldest file will be deleted automatically. For avoiding
missing important information, we do recommend customer to keep both of
human detection recording and regular recording opened.
Q15: What if I want to install one of the camera far away from main station?
A: Since our camera has auto repeater function. Camera can be used as signal
booster, if you want to install cameras farther away from NVR, please buy
another camera. After match its code with NVR, link two cameras like daisy
chain. It’ll help strengthen signal automatically.

14 Remote view on PC-client software
If you need to view the video on your computer or laptop, please send
email to customer support email by your personal email and tell us your
computer type(Windows or Mac)and we’ll send it to you. E-mail Subject:
Request CMS software for MAC OS system or Window system.
Click System> Device Manager >Zone List>Add Area(just name the zone,
don’t need to name the upzone)
