Use
This series of resistance furnace for laboratory, industrial and mining enterprises, scientific research
units for element analysis, small steel and other metal heating with heat treatment. This series of
resistance furnace with a temperature controller and thermocouple temperature measurement, supplied b
y my company.

Installation instructions
1- After opening the package, check whether the resistance furnace is intact, the accessories are complete.

Operational Process:
1. According to the "menu" operation process, will switch to the parameter name to modify menu.

* When TI is set to 0, cancel the timing function instrument; When TI set to 0, the instrument has timing
function.
①Electric instrument: measuring temperature > = after the set temperature, TIME to start, the TIME of

⑦Press delta switch SV window display instrument operation time, after 30 seconds, automatic recovery
of PV value/SV values are displayed.
< B > menu: press SET key for 5 seconds to enter < B > menu

2、Box-type furnace and controllers must work on indoor smooth ground or on the stage. Controller should

reaching the required temperature, then transferred to the standard power, avoid by all means is super pow
er for a long time use.
1、 You must install grounding line.
2、 Thermocouple doesn't suddenly pull out or insert at high temperatures, in case the outer casing burst.
3、 Often keep the workshop clean, cleared of oxide working chamber.

of silicate and so on, in the high temperature oxidation of silicon carbide.
11、Air and carbon dioxide gas in high temperature oxidation reaction of silicon carbon rod in increasing the
resistance of the silicon carbide.
12、 Must be isolated from water vapor intrusion.
13、 Chlorine and hydrogen chloride in the high temperature will break silicon carbon rod.
14、Silicon carbide due to long time aging. Its resistance increases relatively, the controller knob to adjust to
the maximum output, is still short of power rating, at this time to contact my company change the connection
methods, or replace new silicon carbide.

Trouble shooting
Open the power switch, instrument on the green light is not bright, no rise in the working chamber amme
① Check whether the instrument display temperature is higher than the set temperature.
