    TRIAL SERVICE AGREEMENT between

    GoPoland Global
    and
    PT.MKICRC

    This Agreement is entered into by and between GoPoland Global, with office located at Grzybowska
    43, Room 134, 00855 Warszawa (hereinafter referred to as “Party-1 / Company”), represented by The
    Director, Cakrawala Budiman Karunia and PT.MKICRC an Agency located at Tegal City, Cental
    Java, Indonesia (hereinafter referred to as
    “Party-2 / Agency”), represented by Sutarno Achtino (herself/himself) .

    Both Parties Hereby Agree as Follow:

    1. Effectiveness Date
    This Agreement entered into this 29 day of March 2021 shall be effective from 29 March 2021 and
    valid for a period of three (3) months from the date of commencement.

    2. General Provisions
    2.1 The Party-1 shall utilize the facilities and services of Party-2 for the purpose of pre-selecting,
    processing and documenting employees who are placed through Party-2 to work in Poland,
    Germany, Netherland, Finland, Denmark, anda Sweden.

    2.2 The services of Party-2 shall include but not limited to: documentation facilitate for travel
    such as police clearance and passport, medical examination, visa processing,
    briefing/orientation on the working and living conditions in Poland, and countries that we
    mentioned above.

    2.3 Based on the requirements of Party-1 for various positions, Party-2 will identify appropriate
    persons through any one or a combination of means such as evaluation of existing data
    bank and external advertising.

    2.4 To facilitate the above, Party-1 will:


    2.4.1 Define and provide Party-2 recruitment criterion for all positions available, as well
    as information on working allowance and benefits.
    2.4.2 Designate an Executive who will be a person of authority, to facilitate regular
    coordination with the Company.
    2.4.3 Allocate a regular timeslot for a detailed feedback on the candidates forwarded by
    the Party 2 to the Company.

    3. Process
    3.1 After in-house assessment of the relevant skills and interviews, Party-2 will send the curriculum
    vitae of shortlisted appropriate candidates to Party-1 for review.
    3.2 Based on the Company’s feedback, Party-2 will arrange for interview with the selected
    candidate(s) via Skype/Zoom or in person.

    3.3 Upon selection of the candidate(s) who pass the interview, Party-2 will send a copy of the
    candidate’s documents required for process to Party-1 by email.

    3.4 The candidate will undergo medical examination in a hospital or medical center accredited.

    3.5 After the candidate has been declared medically fit, Party-2 will send a copy of the candidate’s
    medical certificate and photograph and related doucuments to Party-1 via e-mail.

    3.6 The Company will then provide a working contract.

    3.7 After the candidate has counter-signed the working contract, the Company will facilitate the
    candidate’s working permit and all other working-related documentation which are needed to
    be processed in Poland, at the candidate’s expenses.

    3.8 Once released, Party-1 must send via e-mail for a copy related documents and send via
    Courier for the original documents for visa process such:

    1. Demand letter and job order attested to the Embassy


    2. The candidate’s work permit from the Department of Immigration in Poland, or any
    countries that we mentioned above.
    3. Employment contract
    4. Letter of Guarantee
    5. Quarantine letter
    6. Letter of Accommodation
    7. Others required documents

    3.9 After all necessary documents have been issued to the candidate, Party-2 will arrange
    air ticket candidate to Poland, or any countries that we mentioned at the candidate’s
    expense.

    3.10 After arriving in Poland, or any countries that we mentioned, candidates must work in
    the job they have been invited to at least 5 months, otherwise, by law, company has
    to contact immigration services to cancel work contract and visa.

    3.11 Party-1 responsible for guidance on the first arrival such as:
    - Last airport pickup and train connection transport arrangement
    - Orientation dormitory quarter and working place and Poland home country house rules
    4. Miscellaneous Provisions
    4.1 Aside from the above-mentioned items, the Company will provide the following benefits
    to the candidate:
    4.1.1 Salary following Labor law in Poland or any countries that we mentioned above.
    4.1.2 Housing and accommodation
    4.1.3 1-2 meals per day
    4.1.4 Daily transportation or transportation allowance to/from the Company
    4.1.5 Medical insurance
    4.1.6 Tax-free monthly allowances
    4.1.7 Paid Overtime

    4.2 All requisitions and other work-related communication from the Company will be in writing.

    4.3 Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Company will not hire or solicit the employment of
    Party-2 personnel without mutual consent during the period of Agreement.

    4.4 None of the candidates referred by Party-2 will deal directly with the Company.

    4.5 There will be Service fee to be paid by the Candidate of Party-2 to Party-1 with the following
    detail :

    4.5.1. Party-1 provide service for placement and issue residence visa candidate with
    following cost that must paid by Candidate Party-2 with below price breakdown :
    a. Study Program

    Total cost is 600 euro


    - Party-2 will get a guarantee letter / 100 euro prepayment
    - After all process is done in 1-2 weeks candidate will get an acceptance letter,
    pay 500 Euro
    - With acceptance letter from Polish university candidate will get visa with Party-1
    free visa support
    b. Employment
    Total cost is 900 euro
    - Party-2 will get a guarantee letter / 200 euro prepayment
    - After get job invitation document, pay 300 euro
    - After Party-2 receive work permit and supporting document for stamping visa and
    candidate get visa, pay 400 euro

    4.5.2. Party-2 will do payment to Party-1 via Swift bank transfer or Visa/Master card

    5. Termination
    Both parties can terminate this Agreement at any time for any valid reason upon written notice of one
    month to the other party.
