That I, NORMILITA PASCUA, of legal age, Filipino, resident and with a postal address at Dicolor, Gerona, do hereby NAME, APPOINT and CONSTITUTE, ALEXANDRA T. CASTAÑEDA, of legal age, Filipino, resident of and with postal address at Centro, Matatalaib, Tarlac City, to be my true and lawful ATTORNEY-IN-FACT for me/us and in my/our name, place and stead, for my/our own use and benefit, to do and perform all or any of the following acts and things;
1. To transact and represent me before the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) with an Office Address at Parsolingan, Gerona, Tarlac;
2. To get, claim, obtain and secure our title covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. 416630;
3. To sign, submit requirements, sign and receive the Original above-mentioned title;
4. Generally, to do and perform all and every act and thing which may be necessary in the exercise of the foregoing powers.
