Polyurea Grease Prolongs Life of Electric Motor Bearings
Formulated with polyurea thickener and designed
specifically for use in electric motor bearings, Monolec® Extend EM Grease offers superior mechanical stability for long service life. It features low bleed characteristics, excellent pumpability and great oxidation resistance. It is especially effective when severe industrial operating conditions such as extreme temperatures and high speeds are present.
Beneficial Qualities
Enhances Performance & Reliability Withstands Water
• Helps bearings run cooler • Provides superior water and last longer spray-off resistance • Increases efficiency of motor • Maintains mechanical stability by decreasing drag in presence of water Proprietary Additives • Exhibits superior • Protects against rust and corrosion mechanical stability LE’s proprietary additives • Provides long service life without Available Grades are used exclusively in any change in consistency • NLGI 2 LE lubricants. Monolec • Experiences low oil separation; will Extend EM Grease contains not bleed into motor’s windings Monolec. • Possesses extreme pressure characteristics Monolec® wear-reducing additive creates a single Resists Heat & Other molecular lubricating film Extreme Conditions on metal surfaces, vastly • Exhibits high dropping point increasing oil film strength • Is extremely resistant to oxidation without affecting clearances. • Maintains excellent pumpability An invaluable component at low temperatures in LE’s engine oils, industrial • Experiences very low oils and many of its other evaporation rate lubricants, Monolec allows opposing surfaces to slide by one another, greatly reducing friction, heat and wear.
