Global Countdown: It’s time to write a New Chapter of Climate Story

Voice over : Climate change has been a hot-button issue for years.
: Therefore, many great leaders, presidents and CEOs had their say
about climate change.
: Are you ready to ignite and change the world?
: Let us dive into these information’s from around the world looking to
make change possible. You aren’t the only one. Be a catalyst. Be an Earth’s future!
Scene 1: All the scenes, information’s and voice overs are facts and have sources. This
video is initiative intended to educate and to aware everyone about the story of our
Earth’s future.
Scene 2: (insert video)  voice over: Everyone has a vital role to play. Everyone has
responsibilities to take an action. Everyone must contribute. Everyone must aware!
Scene 3: Insert video clip about illegal logging (destroying our nature. . . )
Scene 4: (insert video)  voice over: There’s a story we’ve been writing together for
hundreds of years ago. Many of us awaits of what’s tomorrow. Many had change. Many
had forgotten.
Scene 5: (insert video)  voice over: trees has been illegally logged, chemicals from
factories has been swept to rivers, lakes and even oceans. Smokes from car engines
increases as technologies evolved. All of these are brought by us. It’s ALL ABOUT US!
Scene 6: (insert video)  voice over: It started for many of us as economies were built.
But growth rooted in extracting from our planet and our people came at cost. There
were warning signs that our global atmosphere had changes from time to time.
Scene 7: (insert video)  voice over: Some of us people knew what was happening.
Our communities weren’t right, that it was connected to something bigger and the
impacts were felt by some more than others.
Scene 8: (insert video)  voice over: People organized and asked questions. What will
happen to us if we continue destroying our Mothe Nature? Where there be tomorrow
waits for us? Is it the end? Or is this the Beginning?
Scene 9: (insert video)  voice over: This story has big and small. Maybe we can even
become a hero in our own way. This is a new story of hope, persistence and a plan for a
better future. In contrast, it is also a new story of despair, denial and full of relentless
crises.
Scene 10: (insert video)  voice over: While there are forces that seek to divide or
distract us, we chose to act--------- NOW! The story of today has many possibilities.
Future that we write first as neighbors and then as movement. We are coming together,
choosing what’s next and refusing to accept defeat.
Scene 11: (insert video)  There is HOPE. Transforming our world to address the
climate crises that leads us to better future. This story is an initiative to accelerate
solutions to the climate crisis to turn ideas into ACTION. In spite of all the challenges,
people never stop trying to shift mindsets.
Scene 12: Insert video about quoting climate change. . . .
Scene 13: To change the way we move ourselves and our economy. We must do our
part to lessen the effects of climate change today and tomorrow!
Scene 14: Insert video explaining the impact of climate change and how people can
make change addressing the problems brought by climate change. . .. 4-5 scene/video
clips of interview from different countries.
Scene 15: (insert video)  ENDING!!! Our story takes place here. It’s been difficult at
times and could have unthinkable outcomes. But, this was the story we used to TELL.
Now, it’s up to us to tell a NEW CHAPTER for our TOMORROW. For our CLIMATE
STORY. . . . . .
Learning Insights:
1. Earth’s place in the Universe
- What lies beyond our Earth planet? This questions always repeated in my
mind as I’ve look up in the sky thinking what could really be the possible
reason why Earth is the only planet that has life. Truly, learning about the
Earth and Beyond is a wonderful way of understanding the world and how it
exists in our universe. Whilst our planet is the only one that we have
discovered to have substantial life forms on it, it is still just a small part of the
cosmos. I am really happy and feel beyond blessed that I am part of the
existence today.
2. Solar system
- I’ve always and always wonder, does solar system really exists? Or is it
beyond my imagination again? The learning insights that I’ve learned about
the solar system is that, there are still mysteries that are not yet solved.
Another thing is that, because of my curiosity outside the world, I eagerly
pursued my dream job to become a scientist because Astronomy was
introduced and other related Science field. I can conclude that, it has many
fascinating topics, and often captivates those who discover more about it.
3. Planets and satellites
- Do planets really exist? I thought that satellites are only technologies that are
capable of sending messages and images that happens outside our planet. I
found out later those moons in all planets are considered as satellites also. I
remember when my teacher asks me that “what is the name of satellite of the
Earth?” then my mind was trembling of doubts as to what really is satellite

and does it have really a name? As time passed by, I gradually realized that
there are always mysteries in science specially in Astronomy. My learning
insights of these is that there is always a new door for every curiosity that you
want to figure out.
