1. Reference: Certificate of Coordination Control Number 10001-042022-0705 dated
April 25, 2022.

2. In connection with the above reference, please be informed that on April 25, 2022 at
about 11:45 PM elements of Marikina CPS, SDEU led by PLT ANTONIO BALOIS JR, OIC,
SDEU of Marikina CPS together with RMFB 2nd MFC led by PMAJ FEDERICO P HALOG JR
in cooperation with SWAT, Marikina CPS led by PLT JERRICK Y DELOS SANTOS, and
STMRU, Marikina CPS led by PLT VELMOR G DEATRAS under the leadership of PCOL
BENLINER LEGASPI CAPILI, COP, Marikina CPS, conducted a buy-bust operation along
Ampalaya St., Brgy., Tumana, Marikina City which resulted to the arrest of Jefferson Abaño y
Balane a.k.a. Jeppey, Pahad Razuman y Panurutan a.k.a. Made and Lara Mae Baradero y
Madrinian a.k.a. Dadang. Confiscated during the operation was more or less two (11) grams of
heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance suspected as
dangerous drug/shabu and with estimated Standard Drug Price of more or less ₱74,800.00.
Cases for Violation of RA 9165 Article II Sec 5 & 11 otherwise known as the “Comprehensive
Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 is being readied for filling in court against the suspects.

 Investigation disclosed that at about 11:03 PM of April 25, 2022, SDEU Operatives were officially dispatched to
conduct Buy-bust operation led by PLT ANTONIO G BALOIS JR, OIC, SDEU of Marikina CPS together with RMFB 2nd
MFC led by PMAJ FEDERICO P HALOG JR in cooperation with SWAT, Marikina CPS led by PLT JERRICK Y
DELOS SANTOS, STMRU, Marikina CPS led by PLT VELMOR G DEATRAS under the leadership of PCOL
BENLINER LEGASPI CAPILI, COP, Marikina CPS, with PDEA Control No.10001-042022-0705 against a.k.a.
JEPPEY and Cohorts. That at the given TDPO, the police poseur buyer was able to purchase one (1) piece heat
sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance, a dangerous drug from a.k.a. JEPPEY and
cohorts a.k.a. MADE and a.k.a. DADANG which resulted to their arrest. Suspects were informed of their violations and
also apprised of their Constitutional Rights in tagalog dialect known to them. However, said suspects opted to remain
silent. The arresting officer was able to seize and confiscate from the suspects possession and control the following
pieces of evidence: a) Three (3) pieces small heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline
substance suspected as dangerous drugs including the item purchased; b) Two (2) pieces medium heat sealed
transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance suspected as dangerous drugs; c) One (1) piece coin
purse color black and d) One (1) piece Five Hundred peso bill with serial no. QC329058 recovered buy bust money.
