On 11 September 2021 visited CELL POINT MOBILE


ACCESSORIES wholesale store.12 employees are working at the
store. Single information system is been used and 2 computers are
connected to each other. SherAcc is the information system used.
They have been using the same since 2016.

SherAcc
SherAcc software is developed by SherSoft
software company Perinthalmanna. SherAcc
primarily provides services on accounting and
inventory. SherSoft also provides services on
SherTex, SherGold, SherPharma. They have
also launched their mobile android application
recently.
Modules included in the information systems
are

 Accounting
 Inventory
All these modules are generally used in stores and small business.
Accounting and billing in SherAcc have recently been updated to
GST compactable.
Selected Module – Billing
Billing in SherAcc has got both GST and estimate. Estimate bill input
details are so easy that even a fresher can get it done. In GST billing
the entire tax slab gets automatically calculated once it is been set on
software tax details.

Limitations of the present software – Nil - This software is been used
in the store since 2016, till date there seemed no reporting of any
issue by the technical team to the management. This can be because
of their continuous update of both hardware and software of the
system by the store.
