    RESOLUTION NO. 002-S-2019

    ‘’A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE BARANGAY TREASURER MRS. DIOLY


    R. BATITANG TO WITHDRAW THE AMOUNT OF SEVENTEEN THOUSAND
    FOUR HUNDRED PESOS (P 17, 400.00) ONLY FOR TRAINING- SIMULATION ON
    SK JUNIOR FIRE BRIGADE.’’

    WHEREAS, the The State recognizes the vital role of the youth in nation building and thus
    RA 10742, the SK Reform Act, provides the mechanism for the meaningful participation of youth in
    national development. Under Section 8 (d), the SK is mandated to initiate and implement, in
    coordination with any national government and agency and/or private or nongovernment institution,
    programs and projects designed to promote general welfare, development and empowerment of the
    youth.

    WHEREAS, the TRAINING ON SK JUNIOR FIRE FOGHTING AND FIRE


    BRIGADE slayed a 3 days stay in seminar this will be held at Manding, Loreta Resort
    Corp, Cabadbaran City.

    WHEREAS, the SangguniangKabataan Council agreed that Hon. Anna Fe D. Baguio and
    Hon. Adelyn D. Labadan will be send to the said seminar with the expenses mentioned above.

    N O W T H E R E F O R E B E I T R E S O L V E D , By the SannguniangKabataan of
    Barangay 4, in its meeting assembled, to pass and approved this resolution ‘’A RESOLUTION
    AUTHORIZING THE BARANGAY TREASURER MRS. DIOLY R. BATITANG TO
    WITHDRAW THE AMOUNT OF SEVENTEEN THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED
    PESOS (P 17, 400.00) ONLY FOR TRAINING- SIMULATION ON SK JUNIOR FIRE
    BRIGADE.’’

    RESOLVED FURTHER, to furnish copies of this resolution to the office of Accounting,


    City Budget Office, and other Offices concerned, all in this City for information and guidance.

    Adopted this 2nd day of April 2019 upon the motion of Hon. Marvigin C. Ortega and duly
    seconded by ALL the SK Member present
